The staff at Buwakan ni Alejandra are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than willing to show you around the garden, providing valuable insights about the different flowers and their origins. (They are very willing also to take your pictures!). One of the highlights of my visit to Buwakan ni Alejandra was the opportunity to capture beautiful pictures with my family. This flower garden is ideal for the nature lovers who’d love to go on adventures for they have a few equally amazing destinations too. MORE INFORMATION Entrance Fee: ₱75 per adult, ₱50 per head for Kids, PWD & Senior Citizen Operating hours: 7AM to 6PM, Mondays to Sundays – but if there’s a storm, they will close the premises to protect the flower garden. How to get there? • Exact location: Brgy. Gaas, Balamban, Cebu – across Adventure Cafe (30-45 min drive from JY square or Marco Polo via the scenic Transcentral highway) BY VAN: Take a V-hire from the Ayala Center Terminal going to Balamban via Transcentral highway route. Fare is P120 per person (one-way). Inform the driver to drop you off at Buwakan ni Alejandra. BY CAR: Parking space available. This colorful flower garden is named after the Mother-in-law of Barangay Councilman Eleuterio Gentap. “We called it Buwakan ni Alejandra, because you can really see flowers (buwak) in the garden. Alejandra is my mother-in-law. When I first went to her house back in 1991, I noticed she had so many flowers in her garden and had a penchant for collecting them,” said Gentapa. Compared to Sirao Flower Garden, Buwakan ni Alejandra is less crowded. I love that all staff are nice and willing to take our pictures. They also offer umbrella for rent which is really an essential when you go here during hot season. They also have a restaurant inside which is a plus point. Overall, we'll surely visit again.

Food & Restaurants - Yeah There is a restaurant in the place where you can eat after mesmerizing the view. Shopping - You can buy some fruits and vegetables or some snacks.
