Buu Long Pagoda...HCMC
Following the Dalat trip, Ho Chi Minh... I've been to Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, and Hanoi so often that I could get bored...
I planned a trip to Dalat and Ho Chi Minh, and after finishing the trip to Dalat, I took a sleeper bus back and finished in Ho Chi Minh.
I went to Buulong Pagoda near Ho Chi Minh. It's about 2 hours away by city bus.
Vietnam is all about taking it easy with the locals..
It's okay to go to the places I just ate and went to again... I guess that's because I came to play?...;;;;

A temple full of exotic atmosphere!! Bulong Pagoda
You can get there cheaply by local bus in Ho Chi Minh!! It takes about an hour with a transfer. 20,000 VND one way.
If you are going with a few people, it is convenient to ask for a round trip Grab car.
The grounds are very quiet, and the temple is full of exotic atmosphere that you cannot feel in Japan.
Local people are visiting and praying, so please be careful not to disturb them.
Please be careful as there are some places where shoes are prohibited.

Buu Long Pagoda
#hochiminhguide
Tucked away in District 9, Buu Long Pagoda is a serene and visually striking Buddhist temple that feels more like a hidden sanctuary. Known for its unique blend of Thai and Vietnamese architectural influences, its golden spire and lotus-filled courtyard reflect beautifully in the surrounding ponds. Far from the city center, it’s still one of the most photogenic places in Saigon. Those who use #hochiminhguide love showing off its peaceful atmosphere and intricate details untouched by heavy tourism.

Bu Long Pagoda “Thai Temple” the most beautiful pagoda in Vietnam
Secret coordinates for those who love visiting beautiful temples in the middle of nature near Ho Chi Minh City | Bu Long Pagoda] If anyone is planning to go to Ho Chi Minh City and is looking for a quiet place, we would like to recommend “Bu Long Pagoda”. It is only 45 minutes from the city center, but the atmosphere is like being transported to another world (it’s really far! Anyone who comes must allow extra time). First feeling when we arrived: it was really far! I admit that when I arrived, I booked the wrong place and took a motorcycle taxi because it was very far and it was raining. But when I arrived, wow! I felt the peace, coolness, and sacredness. The architecture here is a mixture of Thai and Sri Lankan Buddhist art. The golden roof contrasts beautifully with the sky, we like it very much. As Thais, we have seen many beautiful temples, but I don’t know why I like it so much when I come here. Even though it is far, we have been here three times. Unbelievable, this is my personal opinion. Whenever we think of asking for money or something, we think of this temple and just say that we will come back soon, and we will get what we want. **Personal belief** Recommended photo spots: • In front of the pagoda in the middle of the water • The corner of the stairs up to the ordination hall • Reflection from the pond in front of the temple Atmosphere: Very quiet Smell the faint scent of incense, cool breeze all the time, not many people, closes at 6:00 p.m. Small tips: • Dress modestly because it is a sacred place. • Go in the morning, the light is beautiful, or in the evening, the light is good, the wind is very cool. • There is no entrance fee, but you can join in making merit. There is a place to sign up if anyone has time left and wants to visit the temple, try it. It is another place that we highly recommend. If interested in more details, you can ask. It may not be complete. #VietnamTravel #BeautifulVietnamTemples #BuLongPagoda #Ho Chi Minh Review #LongHolidayTravelPlan #TravelPlanGiveaway #MuayTourismPlaces #VietnameseTemples

Looking down at the Dong Nai River from the Phuoc Long Pagoda and Phuoc Long Tower..
In 1961, the Supreme Patriarch of Sri Lankan Buddhism, Narada Mahathera, donated a Bodhi tree sapling extracted from the mother tree at Bodh Gaya, India, to the temple. It was planted within the temple grounds and has now transformed into a huge Bodhi tree.
People offer prayers at the shrine in front of the tree.
The temple has a spacious garden with many trees that allow the breeze to pass through.
If you have a day off and don't know where to go, consider visiting this place..
It's free from noise and bustle, which helps to soothe the mind more gently.

Buu Long Pagoda near Ho Chi Minh City.
A tranquil Thai-style temple located in a secluded area. It has a somewhat exotic atmosphere, different from the usual styles seen in the city center.
Although it's a bit far from the city, if you're tired of the downtown Ho Chi Minh area, I recommend visiting at least once.
There's no admission fee, and it's quiet, which is nice.
It's a temple of moderate size. With beautiful pagodas, well-maintained trees and ponds in the garden, and the pagodas to explore, I recommend visiting at least once, and you can even go inside the pagodas to enjoy the view from the top.
You can see wedding photoshoots and families taking leisurely walks... Overall, it's a pretty place.

HCMC District 9's Beautiful Temple
#hochiminhcity
On our second day in Ho Chi Minh City, we planned to visit the Buu Long Pagoda located in District 9 away from the city center. We started the day by taking a grab to the temple as it was the most convenient transportation for us. After around an hour, we’ve already reached the temple. From the gate you need to walk a bit more inside to reach the main pagoda. Even the walk from the gate is already serene and peaceful, only the sound of nature can be heard. At the end of the walk, the main pagoda is towering over us as the main grounds is elevated with the temple itself being elevated also. What’s unique with this temple is that the style is more like the Thailand temples. Some also say it’s the most beautiful temple in Vietnam. And since the architecture is considered to be sacred, it is advised to dress modestly and follow instructions regarding taking off of shoes. We took lots of photos of the temple and the whole grounds as everything were very photo-worthy. The weather being very hot still produced very pretty photos. There are a lot of trees so it’s also windy despite being very hot. Also it was also relaxing hearing the bells on top of the temple while we were exploring the whole area.

must visit.
though it is a bit far from the city, it is worth to spend half a day exploring the temple and its compound.
