This time we stayed at the Buri Ratana hotel, booked through the Trip.com app. If you go to Chiang Mai, try staying here : ) The highlight of this place is definitely the stunning swimming pool. On Sunday evenings, there's a walking street right in front of the hotel. All the staff are lovely. However, the downside is that the rooms don't seem to be very soundproof. The hotel itself isn't big, so make sure to check the parking situation. We were attracted by the hotel's beautiful pictures, Lanna style with a minimalist heart. Anyway, we like it here. We stayed in a Superior type (the basic type), not including breakfast. There's also a breakfast room called 'Kathi'. The room is 28 sqm, which we think is just right. The bed is soft and comfortable, opening out to a balcony with a pool view. All the amenities are complete, and the minibar is free of charge. I give it a 9/10.
