If you are going from Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast, please read this☀️️🐨🇦🇺 ⚠️Air trains are sometimes suspended!? It's the only train that connects Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast, so I've never heard of it being suspended! I was told by a local person, but I was unlucky with the timing of the suspension... I ended up taking a taxi! ⚠️For information on delays and suspensions, we recommend "Google Maps Route Guide"! When the Air train is suspended, the transportation from Brisbane to Gold Coast will be bus or taxi. Buses are cheap but take a long time. Taxis are fast but expensive. Just because you can't use the train, your time and costs will change, so if you think about various scenarios in advance and make a note of them, you won't panic. ⚠️We recommend "DIDI" to arrange a taxi. DIDI was very easy to use! It's convenient to download it in advance and register your credit card! ⚠️Purchase a GO CARD! When riding the Air Train, Gold Coast trams, or buses, we recommend using a Suica-like card called a GO CARD! You can purchase a GO CARD at the station counter or at the Brisbane Airport Information Center. When purchasing a card, a $10 deposit is charged in addition to the charge fee. ⚠️How to ride the Gold Coast tram There are several machines on the station platform where you can touch your GO CARD. Just touch your card to the machine, then board the tram, and when you get off, touch the machine on the platform again! It was very easy! There are also machines on the platform where you can charge your GO CARD with money, as well as vending machines. ⚠️Can you return your GO CARD?! You can return your GO CARD at the station counter, and the remaining balance and deposit will be refunded!! When the Air Train is out of service, the counter at Brisbane Airport station is closed and you cannot return your GO CARD! You cannot return it at the airport information center either. #Travel itinerary A trip to Brisbane, Australia last May! I had a great time because my friend was staying in Australia. Please note that I didn't use public transportation because my friend had a car, so I traveled by car. Day 1 - Southbank Parkland -> Story Bridge Day 2 - Koala Sanctuary -> Lookout Day 3 - Gold Coast day trip -> Beach -> Sightseeing Day 4 - Dolphin experience -> Beach walk and dinner Day 5 - Local cafe -> Souvenir shopping -> Airport I took this route and had a lot of time to sightsee, so the schedule seemed empty, but Brisbane itself didn't have much to do! Still, I recommend visiting Gold Coast. It was a great city to relax and heal.

Virgin Australia is one of Australia's representative airlines. I used it for my flight from Brisbane to Sydney. I took a small plane, but the flight experience was good. I felt safe during the flight, and although it was a small plane, I was able to fly steadily. It was a flight in a slightly narrow space, but overall, I felt comfortable. #0yentravelautumn The flight from Taipei to Brisbane took about 8-9 hours, and it was an air journey that made me feel the distance from Asia to Australia. When I boarded the plane, the cabin had both an Asian and Australian atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and relaxed. The in-flight meals during the flight included a menu that was conscious of local flavors, which made me feel more excited about heading to Australia. In addition, there was a wide selection of entertainment, including movies and music, so I was able to enjoy the long flight in comfort. It was also impressive that the lights were turned off because it was a late-night flight, providing a good environment for falling asleep. As the Australian sun rose, our arrival at Brisbane Airport approached, and my expectations for the next part of my journey grew.

The interior is comfortable and clean, and since it runs from the airport, there is a place to store large carrier luggage, so you can travel comfortably.

Just had a wonderful stay at East West Villas Cau Dai Road Hoian Great room,wonderful staff,fantastic swimming pool and a wonderful manager who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The duty free shop is also well stocked, offering a wide range of products at competitive prices. Boarding the plane was easy thanks to the efficient boarding process and helpful staff. The airport has also invested in new technology such as facial recognition scanners to speed up the security screening process. Overall, my experience at Brisbane Airport in 2023 was excellent. The airport has put significant effort into improving the traveller experience and it has shown. I would highly recommend this airport to anyone travelling to Brisbane.

Cancelled flight on jetstar which I’m told is common lately. Got automatically booked onto the red eye 5 and a half hours later. Enter Indian jetstar staffer telling ppl loudly ‘we’re here to help!’ And then immediately tell ppl ‘I can’t help’. No information to explain the situation just ‘too bad, nothing I can do, I’ve already done everything I can, goodbye miss! Goodbye sir!’ Luckily the staff at the service desk were much better and actually explained what happened. Interestingly they told me that the red eye flight would probably get cancelled as well and that I was better off getting a refund and buying a flight with another airline. If I just walked away after that first guy I would be stuck overnight feeding myself with that $8 voucher.#jetstar

I have got to say that the Brisbane Airtrain is very seamless from the moment you book the train online till I reach my destination which is the Airport. TRIP DATE/TIME: 19JUNE2022 0618-0642 TRIP START: ALBION STN TRIP END: INTERNATIONAL STN (BRISBANE AIRPORT) Booking wise, it's pretty clear and straight-forward. Choose your date and start/end station then book with your normal credit card and i used YOUTrip. Cost AUD15 or so? You get online ticket. To enter the station, just show to customer service and they'll let you in, if station has no faregate or gantry, just prepare the online ticket on your phone and board the train just like that. For my experience, i had no gantry or person whatsoever, i literally board like a free train. When i alighted, no gantry too, just walk out and im already at the airport. #convenient #brisbane #airtrain
