Transportation
🚗 Self-driving: From downtown Yibin, take the Yibin-Xuyong Expressway for about 1.5 hrs. The road conditions are good, and the scenery along the way is also amazing.
🚌 Public transportation: Take a bus from any bus station in Yibin to Xingwen County. After arriving in Xingwen, transfer to a special bus to the Stone Forest scenic area.

The Xingwen Stone Forest area has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with an average annual temperature of around 16°C. The average temperature in summer (June-August) is about 25°C. Although it is relatively cool, the ultraviolet rays are strong. The average temperature in winter (December-February) is about 8°C, which is not very cold. Spring and autumn (March-May, September-November) have a pleasant climate with an average temperature between 15°C and 20°C, making them the best time to visit.
