It doesn't belong to luxury resorts but it isn't cheap as well, more so on the mid scale prices of resorts in Lapu Lapu. The landscapes, the ambiance and the overall atmosphere of the resort is just nice. You can truly relax and chill here while you are in cebu. Their staff are also friendly and accommodating. One of my fave go to place. Personally i know some of the staff personnel here. They are one of the friendliest and accommodating resort in Mactan. Just a short preview about this resort. Bluewaters Maribago is one of the pioneering resorts in Lapu Lapu ,located at Buyong Maribago. A 7 hectare beach resort, a filipino owned chain. One thing i love about this resort is their “food” specially breakfast time, i so love their hot chocolate known as “sikwate” in cebuano, paired with sticky rice. Highly recommendable resort.

Their rooms are big and have aesthetic local Filipino designs. The rooms are also packed with complete amenities, from AC, hot & cold shower, a relaxing bath tub and many more! It was holiday and no plans yet. It was an impulsive decision to book a room over a weekend at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort and i think the decision is worth it! So love the Amuma Spa Suite room, it is very spacious with a very Filipino touch of interior design and what is more important, its clean and sanitized! Plus, a relaxing view at the poolside. The location itself gives us a relaxing resort vibes! Pro Tip: Don’t forget your bathtub pose!🥰 The food was great! Though, there were a lot of people coming in but the restaurant was well-managed. #cebutrip Maribago beach resort is also a gateway to island hopping within the nearby island beaches. Great for scrub diving and getting your feet wet. It's not a real beach with sand, however. It is clean and the people are friendly. No entrance fee here which is great compared to other beaches. Would recommend if you go island hopping....................
