Price per Person - PHP 2500 to 4000 Rating - 8/10 I had the Mulwara Beef Tenderloin and Spinach Gnocchi Prosciutto & Tartufata Cream. The tenderloin was one for the books! I’m not really a fan of spinach but my friend liked the pasta more than I did. And to wash it all down, I had a glass of R de Roubine Rosé. It’s 2020, so it’s wasn’t that sweeter than expected. Still, it was all I needed to pair with my entrée. They had the prettiest powder room! And the most accommodating staff. Blackbird is an elegant art deco restaurant in the historic Nielsen Tower. This building used to be the old airport control tower and the restaurant has preserved the original architecuture. It is a great place to spend time with friends for an good slow lunch or dinner. The main dining room is well lit and tables are spaced apart so it is not so cramped. The menu changes seasonally and this lunch did not disappoint. I enjoyed the beef tenderloin main and hazelnut semifreddo.
