One the traditional dishes of Uzbekistan, pilaf, is a very delicious and must try dish during your visit! And being in this cafe you cannot only try it you can actually see how it cooks! And believe me it’s very impressive and interesting. It’s a big area full of huge pots where people cook different types of pilafs. Depending on the time you arrive there, there will be different types of pilafs serving. #รับส่วนลดไม่พึ่งดวง Plov or Pilaf is a national dish of Uzbekistan. It’s long grain rice cooked with chickpeas, carrot, and beef (some place might serve with lamb). You may add horse meat and quail eggs as topping. Besh Qozon is probably one of the most famous place for plov and it’s well known among local and tourists. To me, I love plov but yes it can quite oily. One dish will fill you up very well. Besh Qozon has 3 branches but the one I went is the closest to the city center, which is near to Tashkent TV Tower.

I saw the recommendation from other posts and took a taxi there in the morning. It was very convenient. Tashkent TV Tower is next to it. The pilaf center is not very big, but there are many people. There are seven or eight kinds of food to choose from, mostly beef, mutton and horse meat🥩, which can be mixed. I chose a 0.7 set meal, which is relatively small, plus a baked noodle, which I couldn't finish. The figure is about 40 yuan in RMB, which is OK for two people. After dinner, you can walk around the TV tower next to the Zhuafan Center. There are some Soviet-style buildings, which are very distinctive! Transportation: Take a taxi directly!
