Vienna Airport was a very busy place for travelers. There were two immigration questions, but I passed without a hitch! Vienna's 4-day tour with more places to see than expected. It was a place you should have stayed for 2 weeks. There were many places to see one by one, such as opera performances, concerts, and cathedral masses. St. Stephen's Cathedral Sunday 10:15 AM mass. It was in German, so I couldn't read the bulletin ㅠ But if you're a Catholic, the basic flow of the mass is the same. Since it was Easter, the organ performance felt even more magnificent. I was lucky enough to sit in the box seats on the 2nd floor of the National Opera House, so I was deeply moved because I could see it better than I thought. There was an intermission of about 20 minutes in the middle of the 3-hour tour, so the time passed quickly. Tips before it passes: If you search for the content of the performance and learn about the story, you can understand the flow even if you don't know German well. English subtitles are provided on the monitor. If the timing is right, you can see famous performances, so it's essential to check the main website. Over three days and two nights, I wandered through grand palaces, festive markets, and snowy streets that made the city’s old-world charm even more magical. Day 1: Christmas Sparkle at City Hall After arriving and settling in, I headed straight to Vienna City Hall (Rathaus), where the famous Christmas Market lit up the evening. With twinkling lights strung across the square, stalls offering hot punch and gingerbread, and the scent of roasted almonds in the air, it was an enchanting way to begin the trip. The grand Neo-Gothic building made the perfect backdrop for the festive buzz — a warm welcome to winter in Vienna. Day 2: From Imperial Grandeur to Wax Figures & Winter Views The morning started at the majestic Hofburg Palace, where I explored the Sisi Museum and Imperial Apartments, full of elegance and quiet intrigue. Just a short walk away, the Austrian National Library wowed with its dramatic baroque ceilings, towering shelves, and quiet grandeur. After lunch, I visited St. Stephen’s Cathedral, where the interior was beautifully lit with candles and the tower climb offered sweeping views over snow-dusted rooftops. Later, I took a guided tour of the Vienna State Opera — red velvet, golden balconies, and a history echoing with Mozart and Mahler. Before sunset, I made a fun detour to Madame Tussauds, where I posed with wax icons from Sisi to Einstein. Just steps away, I boarded the historic Giant Ferris Wheel (Wiener Riesenrad) at the Prater and as it slowly turned above the city, Vienna lit up below in a snowy twilight glow. To end the day, I made my way to the elegant Belvedere Palace. Inside, I stood in awe before Klimt’s The Kiss, glowing with golden warmth. It was the perfect, peaceful finale to a day filled with contrasts — history, pop culture, and art all in one. Day 3: Schönbrunn’s Winter Charm & A Walk Through the Zoo My final day began at Schönbrunn Palace, where soft snow framed the yellow façade and royal rooms whispered stories of emperors past. The chilly gardens were beautifully serene. Next door, I explored Tiergarten Schönbrunn, the world’s oldest zoo. Even in winter, it was full of life — pandas munching bamboo, seals diving into icy pools, and a warm rainforest dome that made me forget the cold entirely. Vienna in winter has it all — elegance, coziness, art, history, and even a few surprises. From imperial palaces and candlelit cathedrals to wax figures, giant wheels, and snowy zoos, it was a whirlwind of charm in just three days. There are a lot of really delicious beers, so make sure to try them! - If you're using Frankfurt as a transit point, go out and explore during your spare time! It's not that big, so you can see everything in 4-5 hours! - I also recommend visiting various cities like Munich and Dresden! 🇦🇹Austria🇦🇹 - Vienna, Salzburg, etc. Each city has its own unique charm ❤️ - If you go to Salzburg, I recommend you also visit Hallstatt! - If you take the train early in the morning, you can use it at a much cheaper price! 🚋 🇨🇿Czech Republic🇨🇿 - The most famous city, Prague, is small, so you can walk around and see everything leisurely in 3-4 days! - The beer is really delicious, just like in Germany! 🍺 - The cost of living is really cheap, so if you have money to spare, I highly recommend the Czech Republic! ❤️ 🇭🇺Hungary🇭🇺 - The hot springs are really good, so if you like playing in the water, I recommend you go! - The food wasn't as delicious as I thought ㅠ

While traveling in Vienna, I went out for a night walk because I was sad, and then I visited the Belvedere Palace again. I visited late at night and couldn't enter the inside, but it was more charming at night and the lights came on, making it even prettier. Even in the dark, I could feel the delicacy of the sculptures and the grandeur of the marble palace, and the royal family emblem in the middle felt incredibly luxurious. #MarchTravelSupportEvent
