BEDU launches new holiday brunch and happy hour offers, bringing diners a variety of delicious surprises without interruption.
Served from 12 noon to 4 pm, the brunch is priced at HK$440 per person and includes a selection of shared mezze appetizers, a main course of choice for every two guests and a selection of desserts. Appetizers include Chickpea Hummus served with homemade soft flatbread, seasonal vegetables and Spinach Labneh with Turkish cheese and Cacik cucumber cheese dip. Then, enjoy a savory hot appetizer of crispy falafel chickpea and vegetable fritters topped with pine nut salsa and pickled mango tahini.
For the main course, every two guests can choose one main course, which includes Baked Eggplant; Chicken Lari, grilled tender chicken legs with carrot chickpea puree and herb chili sauce; Grilled Whole Seabass, or Lamb Shank, which is marinated with unique spices and topped with a mixture of Indian basmati rice, barberry rice, spices and nuts, making the taste and aroma more delicate.
For dessert, guests will enjoy Baghlava Mille Feuille walnut almond caramel mille-feuille biscuits served with vanilla ice cream. The biscuits are crispy, rich and sweet, making them unforgettable.
