Environment & Service: The decor features a refined Hong Kong-style nostalgic vibe, offering a very comfortable seating experience. The service is warm, courteous, and attentive. Ten-Year Huadiao Drunken Chicken Hotpot: Hotpot base: A nourishing and health-boosting broth made with ten-year Huadiao wine and drunken chicken. The freshly brewed soup is rich and flavorful, paired with tender and fresh premium chicken. The Cantonese cooking style enhances the aroma. Start by sipping the soup, then enjoy the meat—the fragrance of wine, herbs, and the savory chicken makes it irresistible. Beef Tendon: Fresh and delicate beef tendon slices that only need a quick dip in the hotpot. They are chewy and tender, bursting with fresh and savory flavors. Grass Carp Fillet: Thick and fresh slices of grass carp, perfect for hotpot. The texture is crisp, tender, and sweet.

Tsui Garden's Sliced Peking Duck The roasted duck is served with a bright color, making your mouth water just by looking at it. The duck is freshly sliced, and the knife skills are impressive, with each piece being evenly thick. The duck skin is wrapped in a pancake with a bit of melon strips and dipped in sauce, offering a rich and refreshing taste. Braised Abalone with Vermicelli The vermicelli is soft and chewy, not dry or greasy at all. The abalone is thick and sweet, absorbing the sauce's aroma, making it tender and delicious. Shrimp Dumplings with Bamboo Shoots The quality remains consistent, with each dumpling being the size of a child's fist. The dumpling skin is semi-transparent and shiny, with a chewy texture. The filling is full of plump and fresh shrimp. Freshly Made Tofu Pudding The hot tofu pudding is incredibly smooth, with a strong bean fragrance. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking, making it both healthy and delicious.
