Had such an amazing day out in betws-y-coed, absolutely stunning scenery.

The idea of a rainforest in the middle of Britain might sound a little silly but in this tiny corner of Wales there’s a enough rainfall to be classified as one. Don’t let the wet weather put you off thought the forest walk around here is fantastic and despite the steep climb that you will be faced with a the start, the beautiful Panoramic view over the surrounding valley once you reach the top will be well worth the effort. #wales #Snowdonia #hike

Short walk from Betws-Y-Coed, lovely scenery. There are a lot of walks around, this one is very accessible with slate steps to go down to the glen. Slightly inclined walk but not bad. People were jumping in because of the pool within despite the cold! There is quite a strong current so just make sure you are a strong swimmer if you do. #northwales #fairylake #travel #walk #walking
