Barista Collective
#vietnamtrip
Delicious coffee, lovely staff. I came to the shop about 2 years ago, recently came back for work and to learn more about coffee. The quality of the shop changes very quickly and is increasingly perfect. Every month, the shop also has a workshop introducing in-depth specialty coffees and many brewing tools in the world.
First, what is the courtesy when going to a refreshment shop? Drinks must be charged per person, and after 3 hours of sitting, you have to order more. If not, you have many other options, right?
Second, what do you get for a "high-priced" drink? The baristas are willing to share about the extraction method, bean origin, brewing method, and how to enjoy it. Are you bold enough to ask? Or do you just pay and then give a bad review? The shop's name is Barista Collective, guys :v. But for me, this price is not considered expensive, it's still at a good level. High compared to your budget, you can choose a coffee shop with beans of unknown origin, why complain LOL.
Third, poor service attitude? Feel free to give your comments, because in my observation, BC has improved its service style, it is getting faster, and the staff are always happy to listen to feedback. The most recent time, the staff even gave me an extra drink because of a few mistakes or delays. The important thing is to pay attention to the gradual changes.
Visited many times, enjoyed a variety of coffees, and liked the atmosphere here, so I have a little to share. If you are afraid, go home!
Overall it’ll be a nice place to be chilling and relaxing.
