[Must-See Attractions & Hiking Trails]
(Difficulty levels: πΆββοΈ=Easy πΆββοΈ=Medium πͺ=Challenging)
1οΈβ£Delicate Arch (πͺ | Approx. 3mi/4.8km round trip, 146m elevation gain)
Utah landmark! It's on the license plate! A must-see!
Best time: Sunset π
, when the golden light shines on the arch, it's so beautiful you'll cry! But it's also the most crowded. Consider sunrise if you want fewer people.
Note: The second half is climbing a large rock slope with no shade. If you go in the summer, be sure to protect yourself from the sun and bring enough water! The last section of the road is a bit dangerous, so those with a fear of heights should be cautious.
2οΈβ£The Windows Section (πΆββοΈ | Easy loop)
Includes North Window, South Window, and Turret Arch.
The road is very easy to walk, with almost no difficulty, suitable for the whole family. There are many photo spots, so it's easy to take great shots.
3οΈβ£Balanced Rock (πΆββοΈ | Next to the parking lot)
Right by the road, just get out of the car and you're there. The shape is unique and very photogenic.
4οΈβ£Double Arch (πΆββοΈ | 0.5mi/0.8km round trip)
Filming location for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade! Very spectacular. You can walk under the arch to feel its enormity. Easy to reach.
5οΈβ£Landscape Arch (πΆββοΈ | Approx. 1.8mi/2.9km round trip, first section of Devil's Garden Trail)
The largest natural arch in North America! There are now cracks at the bottom, so you can only view it from a distance.
Located near the start of the Devil's Garden Trail. The road is flat and easy to walk. If you're in good shape, you can continue further in to challenge the more difficult trail (Double O Arch).
6οΈβ£Park Avenue Viewpoint (πΆββοΈ | Next to the parking lot or short trail)
Not far from the entrance, the huge stone walls are like skyscrapers, majestic and imposing.
