It was a weekend immersed in the beauty of autumn at the summit of Yongpyong Resort during a family trip to Pyeongchang. Many tourists were enjoying the Yongpyong Resort cable car. We visited when Pyeongchang's autumn was at its peak. Balwangsan was dressed in vibrant autumn colors. Balwangsan, standing at an elevation of 1,458 meters, is the 12th highest mountain in South Korea. It is a mountain of beginnings, birth, success, and champions, as well as the mother mountain where kings are born. We also walked the natural yew forest trail with our family. Since the trail requires quite a bit of walking, comfortable sneakers are a must. It was a joyful trip to Pyeongchang.

Because the hotel company and the ski resort are not the same company, discounts cannot be given based on hotel room cards. The cable car can only be purchased as a round trip ticket. The cable car stops going up the mountain at 5 o'clock, and the latest time to go down the mountain is 6 o'clock.
