For us, we chose to ride from Kumamoto Station, Kumamoto, to Aso Station, Aso, and then we will ride back to the city. 🧳Travel🧳 You can take a regular JR train or Shinkansen. If you have one, get off at Kumamoto Station. As for the final station, you can choose. The train is well-equipped with a cozy cafe that serves food and drinks and sells unique merchandise. There is a children's area and a play area filled with joy. One carriage even has comfortable sofa seats, offering a very relaxing experience. All seats are reserved and must be booked one month in advance on the Kyushu official website, with an additional reservation fee of 1500 yen.
