😍 Discover a new hotel! Just opened in Kanchanaburi, The Modeva Hotel, a lovely hotel near the bridge over the River Kwai. We found it because my boyfriend and I went on a New Year's trip and couldn't find a place to stay by the river that we liked. The ones we liked were all full, so we looked for another place. So we found this place. This is a lovely place to stay that gives you the feeling of staying in a minimalist hotel in Chiang Mai. 💙 There aren't many rooms, we booked a Standard room and got a room downstairs. There's a pool that gives a pool villa feel that's really fun to play in. Anyone who comes with their family or friends should like it. The bed is soft, the bathroom is nice and separate, and another thing I like is the Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix that you can watch comfortably. The staff are very friendly and lovely. The starting price for the accommodation is only 1,100 baht. I went with my friends and my boyfriend, which was 550 baht per person. Both cute cafes, beautiful accommodations 01: linlin.café A homey style cafe with a good atmosphere, full of warmth, with a very harmonious color tone. From the first photo, you can see how excited I am😘☺️ I bravely stuck my head out of the train despite the waterfall❗❗❗ Bangkok to Kanchanaburi Kanchanaburi is located 129km west of Bangkok. Kanchanaburi in Thailand has become a popular tourist destination due to the Bridge on the River Kwai, which is rich in historical significance. The vibrant colors captured by the train passing through are stunning, and many tourists, including myself, go crazy taking rare railway scenery photos by sticking their heads out of the windows🤣😆 I even got sprayed by the waterfall❗️ Riding the Thai-Burma Railway for an hour, walking on a bridge with such historical significance is truly overwhelming. This bridge reflects the scenes of World War II: back then, the Japanese army occupied the Thai border and forced Allied prisoners of war to build a railway connecting Burma and Siam. This railway was completed at the cost of countless precious lives, hence the name "Death Railway." The Bridge on the River Kwai is a part of it, known as the throat of the "Death Railway." Walking on the last section of the bridge has some height differences, so be careful not to step into the gaps😂
