[2025 Taean-gun Attraction] Travel Guide for Anmyeondo (Updated Apr)

#myhiddengems Anmyeondo is an island located offcoast from Taean gun. We took a bus from Taean city and reach the end of the route when we are about to walk to Island Resom, we stopped by this cafe called Del Mar Hotel and Cafe. It is a hotel by original and has a cafe below but we have just visited the cafe. We ordered the Philadelphia Cheese cake and Americano, and the interior is very nice and cozy. Hearing the rain drops peter pater outside the cafe is also very comforting, and the afternoon is really well spent, and I really yearned for such atmosphere everytime.

#outdooradventures #100waysoftravel During our vacation at Anmyeon-do, Taean, we ventured onto an outdoor adventure of ATV Go Kart ride, and this is a very exciting adventure. We were brought by the leader along the road, then to the empty beachfront where there are plenty of space for us to ride our vehicle. There are also other members joining our convoy, so that makes our trip much more fun. The difference between a Kart and an ATV is that a Kart can fetch 2 person and does not require a driving license ro operate, but an ATV requires a license to operate and only 1 person per vehicle. It was a very exciting adventure and we will do it again.

#poolhotel #100waysoftravel We plan to go for a short weekend getaway from Seoul, and we found this hotel at Taean called Island Resom Hotel & Spa. This is a hotel meant for healing and relaxation, and it has a spa in it. Consisting of 200 rooms including pensions, it provides one of the best amenities among hotels in Korea. There is an outdoor spa available for usage and guests can pay an extra fee to use the outdoor spa. The view is excellent especially sunset. At night, there are performance available at the verandah and you can purchase some drinks and food to enjoy it. The beach also offers activities such as canoe and paddle board. Our hotel room faces directly to the sea so we get an excellent view from our balcony. It was a great getaway and we will like to return here in the future.

Crab soup is a type of kimchi made with cut crabs, but the crab soup we eat is a dish made by boiling crab soup and old kimchi. It was so savory and delicious that I ate it all up, peeling off the crab meat ㅎㅎ

I visited Kkotji Beach in Anmyeondo, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do~ There were lots of clams and small crabs swimming around in the holes at the bottom, and the sea was so beautiful~! The food around there was also reasonably priced and delicious!😊😊 #FreeAccommodationEvent

Anmyeondo is a great place to enjoy summer. Nearby, you can see hydrangeas and lavender in full bloom at the Hydrangea Garden. You can ride an ATV and enjoy the beautiful clear sea at a hidden beach.
