The whole area has a buzzing atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and bars. I spent a good amount of time exploring the Merseyside Maritime Museum, which was free to enter, and it offered a fascinating glimpse into Liverpool’s rich maritime history. 🛳️ Right next door is the famous Tate Liverpool, perfect for art lovers with its impressive collection of modern art. No trip to Liverpool would be complete without paying homage to The Beatles. I visited The Beatles Story museum, and it was such a nostalgic experience! 🎸 The exhibits, memorabilia, and interactive displays took me back in time. Tickets were around £18, but it was totally worth it to learn more about the Fab Four's journey. Afterward, I walked down Mathew Street to see the iconic Cavern Club, where The Beatles played their early gigs. The street was filled with music and excitement, making it clear why Liverpool is called the "World Capital of Pop." I also strolled through the Georgian Quarter and admired the stunning architecture of St. George’s Hall and Liverpool Cathedral, which is the largest cathedral in Britain. 🏰 The cathedral's tower offers breathtaking views of the city, even on a cloudy day. We booked our tickets online at a cheaper price than buying them at the stadium. We got a branded Riz and a portable player. The tour started with a local guide. It took about 2 hours for both the Stadium Tour and the club's museum. ❤️ 💭This wording is true. "Once in a lifetime, a dream come true for a Kop fan." I joined a travel group that includes return airfare, hotel accommodation and hospitality match tickets to go to Anfield stadium in Liverpool to watch the big game for LFC vs Man City on 10th March, 2024. To touch the 'This Is Anfield' signboard is a dream come true and the feeling is really heartwarming. The stadium tour was conducted in an orderly manner and it tells you a brief history of the football club, it's past and present players and managers and of course the trophy haul. From the stands to the pitch, from the hallways that legends have walked before, to even the players canteen, you feel like going through a day in the life of a player. I will love to come back again someday for sure.

Walking into the Liverpool official store just next to Anfield stadium is like a dream come true. Have been waiting for a chance to visit it to get memorable souvenirs to bring back home to Singapore. You can find recent seasons jerseys and all sorts of things ranging from mugs, scarfs and all things related to LFC here. I would love to bring back a piece of everything but only ended up getting some affordable souvenirs. I will like to come visit again in the next few years

visited the liverpool home stadium at Anfield a day before the match between liverpool fc and Wolverhampton and the atmosphere was pretty magic. didn’t watch the match here the next day due to the ticket prices, but glad I came to see what the stadium was like. because of the match the next day, they didn’t allow us into the home team dressing room but they did allow us into the visiting team dressing room and still laid out the liverpool team jerseys. as expected, we weren’t allowed on to the pitch but we were allowed on the seats and the field perimeter. there’s a liverpool fc museum at the end of the tour. you get an audio guide but no live guides which I was fine with. #liverpool #liverpoolfc
