🌴 Hua Hin Hideaway: Anantara Resort's Thai Charm 🏖️
Escape to the serene Anantara Hua Hin Resort, nestled at 43/1 Phet Kasem Rd, where Thai tradition meets beachfront bliss. 🌞 If you're after that authentic Thai beach vibe, this spot is a gem. With its lush gardens and low-rise buildings, you'll feel a world away from the hustle.
🌺 What's to love? The resort oozes Thai character and offers a secluded stretch of sand for ultimate relaxation. At about ¥800/night with breakfast, it's a steal. The rustic charm of the traditional architecture and teak touches transport you to a tropical paradise. Plus, suite guests get a private pool with stunning lagoon views. 🏊♂️
On the flip side, it's a bit of a trek from Hua Hin's buzz – think Railway Station and night market. And, the rooms? They're showing their age, with a hint of damp and a need for more convenient charging spots. 🛌
Foodies, the breakfast buffet at Issara will hit the spot with local delights, but the service could use a chill pill. 🍛
Getting around? The resort's north of the action, so grab a Shuttle Bus to the night market and Market Village for shopping sprees from 16:00-21:00 – just book ahead! 🚌
Service-wise, they've nailed it with welcoming drinks and beaming smiles all around. 🍹

Hua Hin | This resort is the Thai beach holiday feeling I want!
Hua Hin | This resort is the Thai beach holiday feeling I want!
After finishing the food tour in Bangkok, I took a Minvan to Hua Hin and enjoyed two days of tranquility🌊. Before coming, my friends had mixed reviews about this first store of the Anantara brand, and I was quite nervous.
🔸
Overall, if you like Thai style and lying flat for vacation, Hua Hin Anantara would be a good choice, and the price of ¥800/night including breakfast is also very tempting. But if you prefer modern design and convenient travel, I would recommend the Marriott, Intercontinental or The Standard in the south.
✔️Advantages: Rich Thai style and exclusive quiet sea
✖️Disadvantages: The resort has been open for a long time and is relatively old, far from Hua Hin Railway Station and night market
-
🌿Public area
Hua Hin Anantara is simple and low-key, slightly rough while maintaining a natural feel. There is no grand and luxurious front hall lobby, Thai traditional architecture and teak-colored public area decorations present more of a typical Thai seaside feeling.
Low-rise holiday houses with earthy yellow exterior walls are scattered in the lush tropical plant garden. A few steps out of the lobby can reach the seaside, and the open-air swimming pool and recreational facilities are also near the beach, everything feels very Thai and tropical, it's the comfort of vacation.
⚠️:
Suite guests have an exclusive swimming pool - fewer people and good privacy, you can quietly enjoy the lagoon view
-
🛏️Room:
Compared with the beloved public area, the room is slightly inferior. The dim lighting, teak-colored floor, and old wooden furniture all tell its "historical heritage". The room is quite damp, the bedding has a "damp" feeling, it is recommended to choose a room on the second floor, which can also reduce mosquitoes. In addition, there is no charging 🔌 next to the bed, which is really inconvenient!
-
🍽️Meal:
The buffet breakfast is in the Issara restaurant, the semi-open layout has no air conditioning, and those who can't stand the heat will suffer. The variety is rich, there will be Thai tea, curry rice and glutinous rice and other local specialties, but the taste is just average, and the waiters are very anxious to collect the plates, this is quite disappointing☹️
-
🪧Others:
🔸The resort is in the north of Hua Hin, you need to Grab to go to the beach & night market, but there is a Shuttle Bus service to and from the Night Market and Market Village from 16:00-21:00, the former is Hua Hin night market, the latter is a shopping center - there are Lotus’s, Let's relax these brand shops, if you take it, remember to make an appointment with the front desk in advance for the schedule and inform the number of people.
🔸The resort has a small beach, because it is a distance from Hua Hin's main public beach, so there are very few people and it is very quiet, the disadvantage is that the beach will be submerged after the tide.
🔸The overall service is still online, Welcome drink & turn down service will be provided, and the staff encountered are all service with a smile.

Anantara Hua Hin resorts ideally located in a beachfront setting with the lovely tropical view landscape. The resort is one of the best Anantara I have stay before , the best is real good with many sun loungers within the beach.
the lagoon pool is cool . the landscape of the hotel is my favorite, you could ask for the resort walk activity from the hotel.
