This time I stayed in a Ming Guest Residence with a total of 115 square meters, which is super spacious. The room is divided into three functional areas: living room, bedroom, and bathroom, separated by two open-air courtyards, one of which has an outdoor soaking pool. Aman's hardware is naturally top-notch and well-maintained, the bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning is noiseless. The water pressure in the shower is also strong, which is a testament to the superior hardware of domestic hotels. The hotel's service is also excellent, starting from a comprehensive check-in process. During check-in, there is tea service, and the staff meticulously introduce all the hotel's facilities. There's an ancient tree in the courtyard that's almost a thousand years old, which is quite impressive. However, it's even more astonishing to hear that someone spent over 200 million to buy an entire ancient residence. The welcome fruit selection is the most abundant I've ever seen, and they even provided luggage tags with names on them for the night-time turndown service. This time, due to jet lag, I had three meals of room service, which were average in taste, especially the breakfast that was not very delicious. The hotel is not located in the center of Shanghai, so it has a very large area overall. There are bicycles available in the courtyard for borrowing. Riding a bike in the garden and wetland park in the morning is really too comfortable. The hotel, hearing that my flight was in the evening, also generously extended my checkout time to four in the afternoon!
