Alva house brunch
Alva House's buffet has long been admired, every time I want to book but there is no space, this time I finally ate it, because I booked a staycation package that includes a brunch😂
The place was already full when we arrived. The food is mainly divided into several areas🥸
🌟Frozen Seafood Area - Frozen shrimp, lobster tongs, mussels and mussels, overall quite fresh, especially shrimp and lobster tongs, shrimp meat bouncy not moldy, shrimp head still has some paste, and lobster tongs are very large, taste fresh and sweet🤤
Oysters are more refreshing, not very creamy, so eat a few more will not miss, seawater taste but not overly salty, good good 🤣 but the sashimi is messy, fish are thin, not plump, color is quite dull 😟
🌟Cold Appetizer Area - There are different cheeses, salads, smoked salmon and ham, all kinds of things 😎 Also tried the black truffle scallop toast, but the taste was ordinary
🌟 Bread Area - There are many kinds of bread, toast, Danish pastry, croissants and more
🌟Fried food skewers and Egg Station area - provides Japanese fried food, such as tempura, cola cake, fried dumplings, and skewers available, there are grilled vegetables, chicken kidney, chicken cartilage 😉 Because it is brunch, so there is an Egg Station, tried an omelet, but the egg fried a little overheated, not tender enough 😧
🌟 Delicatessen area - there are Western steak (rib eye steak, lamb chop), Indian curry, ready-made pasta, barbecue, Chinese and Western soup, chicken congee, most especially breast pigeon, every once in a while will be out, so want to eat to pay attention😳
