Then, there is no need to buy tickets for all exhibitions in the museum! 3️⃣The admission ticket for Kyukyochikuin is less than half of that for Ryokoin, only JPY300. 📍Ryūgozan Daichiji Temple, Shiga Prefecture The Horai Garden of the Shoin of the Zen temple, Daichiji Temple. This is a dry landscape garden with large azalea pruning, and is said to have been created by Kobori Enshu, who built Minakuchi Castle during the Edo period. The two-tiered large pruning in front of the Shoin represents the large and small waves of the sea, and a treasure ship floating on pure white sand. The way the Seven Lucky Gods are symbolized by various pruning techniques is truly magnificent. The stonework of Mt. Horai, which can be seen from the front of the teahouse leading to the Shoin, is also beautiful.
