Huang's Chastity and Filial Piety Archway (Images 3-5): This archway was erected to honor Huang, the wife of Wang Jialin from Mengjia, for her chastity and filial piety. Born in 1820 (25th year of Jiaqing), she passed away in 1893 (19th year of Guangxu) at the age of 74. Huang married Wang Jialin at the age of 16 and was widowed at 28. She later moved with her family from Quanzhou to Mengjia, where she spent the next 46 years caring for her in-laws and raising her husband's orphaned children, earning praise from the local community. Remains of the Tianhou Temple's Pillar Bases and Foundation Stones (Images 6-7): Although the dismantled Tianhou Temple did not stand at its original site for long, it was once a grand and bustling place of worship. The site has a stele that records its history. The pillar bases and foundation stones (the bases beneath the columns that prevent direct contact between the wooden columns and the ground) have been preserved and are now used as seats under the trees, allowing visitors to imagine the temple's former glory.
