It has complete facilities. The lobby is on the 2nd floor of Building A. The check-in point is beautifully decorated with chairs. We booked a Deluxe king room. The room is in Zone B. There is a walkway between the buildings. The room is simply decorated. There is a work desk, TV, refrigerator. The room is spacious. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is clean and the size is just right. The counter bar has tea and coffee. The room has strong WiFi. The hotel has a Japanese restaurant, Junichi, which has very good omakase at a very good price. We booked a room with breakfast included. The restaurant is in Building A, the same floor as the lobby. It is open from 06.00-10.00. It is a buffet with a variety of choices. The taste is delicious. There is also sushi to eat. I personally like it very much. The hotel is located near the airport. In front of the alley, there is a 7-11 and many restaurants. It is very convenient. There is also a shuttle to the airport. It is suitable for those who want to relax after getting off the plane. We stayed at 12 The Residence for 1 night so we could fly out the next day from Don Mueang airport. The location was ideal - peaceful but also close to shops and places to eat. The hotel also provided a free airport transport service - just book in with the reception team and they save you a space(s) - brilliant. Breakfast was OK - buffet style so you can generally find something you'd like to eat. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend staying here 👍

#FallHoKangsEvent If you have a chance to go to Don Mueang Airport in Thailand, I highly recommend staying a night or two near the airport. The price is reasonable and the room condition is the best. It even has a sink and microwave. There are markets, convenience stores, restaurants, massage shops nearby. In particular, there is a laundry room in the hotel parking lot, so you can even take care of clothes you left behind on a long trip. It is the perfect hotel. It is close to the airport, so you can walk there as if you were taking a walk.
