🛖Go live on Libong Island for 2 days and 1 night.
Relaxing by the sea, eating crabs and catching squid on Libong Island 🏝️
Today, we would like to invite everyone to spend 2 days and 1 night on an island in Trang Province, located in Kantang District. It covers an area of only 35 square kilometers and takes about 30 minutes to travel from Hat Yao Pier in Ban Chao Mai by long-tail boat. This is a large area of sea grass, a favorite food for dugongs, making it one of the last wildlife sanctuaries in Thailand. There are approximately 200 dugongs living on this island. 🐋
On this trip to Libong Island, we stayed at Baan Konhualam Koh Libong, a beachfront accommodation with a mountain at the back. You can swim, fish, watch crabs, and kayak right in front of the accommodation. The atmosphere is private and not in a community. It is located at the end of Cape To Chai, which is quiet and suitable for relaxation.
🏡There are many types of rooms here. There are air-conditioned houses with 1 and 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a sea view. Starting at only 500฿ per person, for those who love camping, there are tents for rent or you can bring your own tent. ⛺️ The accommodation price includes breakfast (Halal), barbecue equipment, kayaks, shuttle bus to the port, and karaoke equipment.
🛵 There are many activities to do here, such as:
- Take a motorcycle taxi around the island, see the stone bridge, Toke waterfall, Saphan Yao, and see the community's way of life.
- Take a boat trip to see the islands, the separated sea, and the white dragon's back.
- Take a boat trip to catch squid and fish.
- Paddle a kayak in front of the accommodation.
- Grill, BBQ, Karaoke, both chill and party.
- Watch the sunrise, see crabs, see shellfish, and see birds in front of the accommodation.
