At the end of 2024, we signed up for a day tour to Lang Son, Vietnam. We went to the Pingxiang Citizen Service Center in advance to apply for exit documents. The next morning, we gathered at the Friendship Pass at 9:30 am. About an hour later, we entered Vietnam and took a Vietnamese tour bus to Lang Son. After arriving in Lang Son, we first visited the Dong Dang International Railway Station. Dong Dang Station was built during the French colonial period and is located in Dong Dang Town, Lang Son Province, Vietnam. It is 19 km from Pingxiang Station in Guangxi, China, and 13 km from Lang Son Station in Vietnam. Dong Dang Temple has a history of more than 300 years. The pavilions and towers of the temple are typical traditional Chinese architecture, and many Chinese couplets can be seen. Tam Thanh Temple was built during the Le Dynasty (1442-1789) and was originally a Taoist place of worship.
