It was really quiet, and the atmosphere was super chill. The moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. Be Free's menu focuses on healthy, nutritious, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Today's order👩🍳 I ordered their famous Miso Butter Mushroom Pancakes 🧇. The miso butter was incredibly fragrant, with just the right balance of sweet and salty. It was absolutely amazing! Paired with the pancakes, it was a real bonus! No more boring toast~ The Churichri Roasted Beef Focaccia 🥪 was juicy, and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was so delicious I wanted to order it again! 🤤 That churichri sauce was so fragrant. Finally, I had a cup of their signature lavender matcha 🌸🍵. The subtle floral aroma combined with the matcha flavor was truly soothing—no overpowering flavor notes. The menu also offers gluten-free and vegan/plant-based options. It is definitely a must-have list for your trip, whether you plan to take pictures and share IG, or just take a slow walk and explore specialty shops. 🌟 Itinerary Highlights: The London Pavilion looks like an English castle on the surface, but inside it is actually a characteristic street and alley preserved since 1937. I couldn’t stop eating it, the bread was so fresh and the dips were so authentic. 🥖 Next up we had our mains. I love crispy skin on chicken so when the souvlaki came out I was over the moon. My hotel choice in Perth was the Pan Pacific Perth. Overall, it was a great, comfortable stay and the staff provided stellar services. Room and amenities: The King room is clean, modern, and really comfortable. Pan Pacific Perth offers a pillow menu and a large King bed. I got a fantastic view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quay. The gym facility is serviceable, and I like that it is quiet most of the time. The breakfast was served at UMA, and they offered a good spread of pastries, warm food and sweets. ? Dinner at UMA restaurant was fantastic too, made better with 25% off dining for GHA members. Staff and service: the front desk team is amazing, professional, and attentive. They catered to my requests for an extra bed, late check-out and even provided welcome amenities of wine and chocolate. Location: Many tours offer pickup directly from the hotel. However, the main CBD area is a relatively long walk away from the hotel, and there aren't a great ton of places to go nearby at night.
