The training course focuses on the practice of 🙏 anapanasati (knowing our own breath) 🙏 and vipassana (contemplating feelings).
This course is like we travel to the inner world of our hearts and rest our bodies, spend time with ourselves, understand ourselves, and know ourselves very well. In order to review ourselves and move forward to understand life and apply happiness to our lives more easily, including observing simplicity but giving a lot.
✨ The living is very comfortable, like a semi-resort. There is only no air conditioning in the room. It is not luxurious, but it is minimalistic, comfortable, and easy to take care of. The rooms and private bathrooms are clean.
🛖 The open building receives the wind. The sound of nature heals the ears every morning and evening. 🏝️ The shade outside the building, the mountain view, and the sky for us to gaze at for a long time.
🥕🥦🥗 Eating Vegetarian meals, observing the five and eight precepts (optional), delicious every meal, main dishes, side dishes, snacks, desserts, hot and cold drinks, no shortage, even ice🤭
✨Focuses on practicing the basic jaw with nature and healthy food, including being open to all races, religions and classes. 📲 There are lockers to store valuables and get the last day back from the disturbing waves. It's really good.
