Owase City in Mie Prefecture is famous for the Kumano Kodo trail. However, in recent years, a hidden area called "Ohai" on the cliffs of Kuki Town has been gaining popularity. The word "Ohai" is pronounced "Ohai", and it is a corner of the columnar jointed ria coast facing the Kumano Nada Sea.
