Yoron Castle ruins offers a panoramic view of Yoron Island. It is located on a small hill, and the view from there is breathtakingly beautiful. On the way to the Yoron Castle ruins, there is Kotohira Shrine and, further up, Jishu Shrine. The sight of the torii gates facing the sea was quite unusual. After praying, I got a goshuin at the shrine office. It is recommended to go during the day as the priest is sometimes absent. It was a wonderful shrine where you could feel its power. Then, I took my time to enjoy the view from Yoron Castle ruins. Even in the heat, a comfortable breeze blew through, making it a pleasant space. The sea of ​​Yoron is beautiful even when you are on the beach, but the view from above is also spectacular. Park your car at the Southern Cross Center and be sure to visit.
