All Moments About Mandalay
Bagan, the land of four thousand pagodas
Arrived in Mandalay, Burma, then "Bagan" or "Bagan", the land of four thousand pagodas, a world heritage city that was just recorded in 2019, I can't say that I've been to Burma. 😁
Bagan is quite far from Mandalay. It took 4 hours by private van. But I think if I didn't come, I would have gone back to Thailand and couldn't sleep. Hahaha
There are more pagodas here than my house. And to enter this city, you have to pay an entrance fee of 25,000 Kyats, about 500 baht (it's worth it).
There are many activities for tourists here, such as viewing the sea of pagodas in the morning and evening. There are many small and large pagodas lined up in an area of several square kilometers. If you turn around on the mound, you will see pagodas in every direction. Each pagoda has different Buddha images, small and large depending on the status of the builder. And in this group of pagodas, there are many famous large pagodas that are popular. (I'll separate the ones I went to again.) There is also an activity of riding a horse carriage around the pagoda.
Because there are many pagodas I think the Burmese government doesn't have enough people to take care of and manage. There are only signs to remove your shoes before entering every pagoda. So it's more convenient to prepare flip-flops. In addition, some pagodas have vendors selling goods in front. Some pagodas have paintings. Take a look and if you like it, buy it.
And since you're already here, you should spend 2-3 days here. Take your time to see the pagodas. For those who like art, history, and design like me, I have to say that I give in to Bagan. Next time, I have to come back again!!! 😁

Mandalay Myanmar
Full of culture & Great Food Mandalay is the economic centre of Upper Myanmar and considered the centre of Burmese culture. A continuing influx of illegal Chinese immigrants, mostly from Yunnan, since the late 20th century, has reshaped the city's ethnic makeup and increased commerce with China.

Bagan temples is highlight of our visit to this ancient city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the 11th and 13th centuries, 4,446 Buddhist temples, pagodas and monasteries were constructed in the Bagan plains alone, of which the remains of 3822 temples and pagodas still survive to the present day. We got a sense of the landscape of Bagan and its temples by a balloon ride in the morning followed a visit to the main temples over 2 days. We started with Ananda temple which is one of Old Bagan temples which well restored and then we saw sunset over the Irrawaddy river from the Bu Paya temple. The next day we visited the imposing three-storied Htilominlo Temple, which is currently being restored, the Upali Thein and red bricked Khaymigha temples nearby towards Old Bagan on the road from Nyaung-U.

Get up at
Get up at four in the morning, simply clean up, take the camera and ride the motorcycle to the depths of the woods. Despite the sleepiness, but when I think of a beautiful sunrise, I will be strong. The stupa Xu Sanduo is the ideal place to watch the sunrise and sunset, because it is the tallest pagoda that allows visitors to climb. So, every sunrise and sunset, visitors from all over the world will gather here. If it is a little late, don't think about a good location. Standing around the top of the tower, Bagan's stupa is unobstructed, the camera is set up, the parameters are adjusted, and the surrounding partners are waiting for the dawn. More and more people came to see the sunrise, accompanied by the noisy crowd, and occasionally came out from the surrounding insects. There was a glimmer of light on the horizon, and a narrow dark red glow was gradually revealed. The 10,000-way glow was sprinkled on the distant stupa through the clouds and was covered with a golden glow. It began to fog around, and from afar, the stupa was looming, like a fairyland. After a while, a group of hot air balloons crossed the morning sun and slowly took off... After watching the sunrise, I came to the Irrawaddy River and ordered a simple breakfast in front of the breakfast stalls on the side of several old towers. My trip to Bagan.

Mandalay, the last capital of Burma
Mandalay (Burmese: မန္တလေး, [màɴdəlé]) is the former capital and second largest city of Burma after Yangon. It is located in Mandalay Region, on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwady River, 716 kilometres north of Yangon. It was founded in 1857 by King Mindon, and named after the nearby Mandalay Hill.
Mandalay Palace was the residence of King Mindon and King Thibaw, the country's last two monarchs. The palace ceased to be a royal residence and seat of government on 28 November 1885, during the Third Anglo–Burmese War. #Burma #Mandalay
The sunris
The sunrise/sunset of Bagan is really beautiful, especially the high pagodas in Bagan, watching the sunset on the pagoda, the indescribable artistic conception that you cant understand elsewhere. But since 2018, in order to protect the monuments and some other reasons, Bagan has banned the climbing of the stupa, and watching the sunset is almost a luxury. But in Bagan, there are only two places where you can watch the sunset, and one place is the observation tower, which has its advantages and disadvantages.
Walk to the watchtower, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the vast and beautiful scenery of the Bagan Plain, which is the best place to enjoy Bagan by hot air balloon. Although the tower is far away from other temple towers and cannot clearly see the details of each tower, it is the best place to see the panorama at the highest point. If you look at the sunset on the watchtower and compare it to "everyone shows goodbye", then watching the sunset on the hillside is a well-deserved "small home jasper". Although standing tall and looking far, I still prefer the hillside, even if it is just a lake. The small earthen bag on the side is a bit short, but after all, it can really see the many temple towers nearby. It is a special ground-watching sunset.
"Myanmar,
"Myanmar, I have the look I like"
Before I went to Myanmar, I was very fond of it and always felt that it would be very different. Sitting at the top of a tall stupa to watch the sunrise and sunset, it should be a very serene and historical scene. I saw a photo a few years ago. In the morning mist, thousands of stupas are scattered all over the plain; that feeling is like crossing time and space, which makes me shocked. After
went, I liked it:
Take a carriage and walk in the gap between the sorghum corn fields, see the Guta ancient temple slowly sliding across the road;
early morning Smudge up to the heights, quietly waiting for the excitement of the sunrise;
close to the sunset, quietly sitting at the top of the ancient pagoda, watching the sun slide a little down the edge of the distant mountain;
riding a bicycle down the road, enjoying the oncoming cool breeze, happy screaming;
no special purpose, just find an interesting stupa to go, Then found the good material;
I like the white "Shen Niu" in Myanmar, I think their appearance is really sacred!

I still fell in love with the feeling of walking barefoot,
although the small gravel is very tied, the noon stone is very hot, there are pigeon mouse feces...
but for a long time After that, I will feel free and happy.
I also appreciate the Burmese piousness to the Buddha, the friendliness of the Burmese people, and the relatively simple folk customs.

Myanmar is a country with ethnic diversity and religious diversity. Most people here live a comfortable life. Create value through your own labor. The days of walking in Myanmar felt the enthusiasm and temperature of the people here. Although there was an accident, I returned home in advance. I hope to continue the wave next time.

Myanmar culture, the most distinctive of the various types of giving.

Men's society, in life, the most frequently held, the most frequent, the largest is the giving!

"Peacock Temple", also known as the unique brothel, was built in 1857 during the period of the Mindong King. It was once known as the most beautiful building in Mandalay. This is because the entire temple is made of precious teak, which is awkward. Such a beautiful teak temple was annihilated in the raging fire in 1890, becoming a major pity in Burmese Buddhist architecture. In 1966, the Burmese government rebuilt the Peacock Temple with cement at the original site, which restored the magnificent and grand temple. Looking up at the entire temple, the five-level flat roof terraces are magnificent, and the spires of the clouds can not help but devour the heart.
I want to
I want to live my own appearance and finish a lot of the first time.
Sitting a hot air balloon in Bagan, getting up at four in the morning and catching the sunrise hot air balloon take off. Although the Bagan hot air balloon does not have a hot Turkish hot air balloon, it gives me another indescribable beauty.
safe take-off and landing, see the stupa above the plains, toasting together to drink champagne, get a flight certificate, these are the eternal memories of the Bagan hot air balloon.
Before we took off, we concentrated in the plains and enjoyed the tea and coffee drinks for the hot air balloon company to prepare for us. The hot air balloon is slowly charging the hydrogen in the distance. Waiting for half an hour, after the hot air balloon was fully set up, we sat in the cabin.
The premise of the departure coach said the notice of the decline, the other hot air balloons have slowly taken off in the distance, very romantic, the sunrise creeps up, our hot air balloon is flying higher and higher. The ground is getting farther and farther away from me, the stupa is getting smaller and smaller, and more and more stupas are in front of us. One or two, we are watching again, there are countless numbers...

There is a temple on the edge of the hotel. When I walked out the door, I happened to meet the morning morning. In this country where people believe in Buddhism, giving is an indispensable part of people's daily lives. In the early morning, the sky was bright, and the whole city was still immersed in a silence, and the monks began to go out.
rented a bicycle at the hotel. To be honest, Mandalay is totally unsuitable for cycling. On the roads of Mandalay, there are a lot of cars and motorcycles, which are extremely fast, and the dust that is raised is even more suffocating. Because I only stayed for half a day, I chose to ride a bicycle near the Grand Palace.
After arriving at the southwest corner of the Grand Palace, I turned to the 80th Street and rode north along the moat. Mandalay's pigeons are so many, gathered around the moat, and they are not afraid of people coming close. I leaned against the road and walked through the pigeons, watching the cars on the street. I especially like to see the men and women wearing Longji and Temin riding their bicycles and slowly passing by. For me, this is one of the most characteristic images of Myanmar.

Despite the ravages of war, there are still more than 2,000 pagodas on the land of Bagan.
Carriage, the locals are called horse car, the seat is small, not very comfortable, but sitting on it, listening to the crisp horseshoe, slowly fluttering across the green field on both sides, scattered in the field of various Buddhas Tower, that is a kind of enjoyment.
Ruishan Tuota is very tall, and it is also the best place to see the sunset. The tower has five floors. The more you go up, the wider the field of vision. In the wilderness, the towers are all star-studded stupas. No, it is better!
Standing in the golden sunset, this scene is very shocking. This is a huge project that requires a lot of manpower, material resources and time to complete!

The gold foil market is a small gold product store in the city. Because it is dedicated to Buddha statues, the business is very good. Although for many European and American tourists, such handicrafts are very novel, but I believe that there are still many such handicraft products in China, but our interest is really small. If you are interested in bringing a nice gift, you can take a look. Continue to visit the temple. I feel that the temples in Myanmar are really inexhaustible and unique. Architectural styles vary. If you have a faith background, it is a special enjoyment. The Gudu Tao Pagoda on the edge of the Imperial City is one of the representatives. There is the world's largest Buddhist scripture stone forest. Also certified by UNESCO. Very historical and religious. The Baise Tallinn in the setting sun is also a good place to take pictures. Each of the white towers here is dedicated to a stone monument, and all the white towers surround the big golden Buddha in the middle, which together form the world's largest Buddhist classic. The white towers are quiet and peaceful, warm and firm under the setting sun. Just like this little lama, the tourists are also floating, the peace of mind, and the forgotten customs.
The Golden
The Golden Palace Temple is the driver to bring us, this pure teak wood temple is also recommended. This multi-storey wooden temple was originally enshrined in the palace. It is said that after the death of King Dongming in the 18th century, ghosts often wandered in the favorite building. The successor was deeply disturbed and had to dismantle the building as a whole and place it here. The fate of the world, when the old palace was destroyed by World War II artillery, the Golden Palace Temple was preserved more completely. Although the color of the year has been detached, only the black wooden surface is seen. But from its beautiful statue, you can imagine how the former palace was built with care. Not the current imitation is comparable.
The interior of the main hall is covered with gold. All the sculptures have a golden surface. The engraving patterns around are exaggerated, surrounded by birds and beasts. The various legends of the Buddhist legends are vivid, and the eight dragons are all according to their position. There is also a whole engraved Lux, Bodhisattva. Each character has a different look, or a swearing or idiot, or a joy or anger, and the carving is exquisite and very distinctive.

I don't want to give these children money, just don't want them to develop the habit of reaching for money. But I couldn't bear to let them be too disappointed, so I was also prepared. I gave them three small souvenirs, and then, in order to get rid of my brother's harassment, I went to find two young people and asked them if they wanted to take pictures. The two children were very happy and immediately sat waiting for me to take pictures. At this time, my brother also ran over and sat down, but I just picked up the camera but he reached for the camera and said "NO MONEY NO PHOTO". I looked at Dana sitting next to me, and Dana shook my head at me. When I got a mental number, I signaled that my two brothers were sitting on the side, and my brother really followed. I put down the camera and said "NO MONEY FOR THE PHOTO", he was honest, but he began to lick "NO MONEY, NO HAPPY (not giving money unhappy)." I yelled at him again, and he gave up.

Local lighting festival in Myanmar. This is one of the most grand festivals in the small town. Every household has a candlelight and the scene is very charming.
Into this romantic festival, watching people ignite the stars, it is extraordinarily romantic in the night, and the laughter and laughter of children playing, it is very happy.

In the lazy afternoon, I will meet you. When I first saw it, I was shocked by the beautiful pagoda. I asked thousands of times under the stupa and could not find an answer; you stood in this great land for thousands of years and created the immortal Burmese legend.

Walking completely on the street without direction, against the light, everything in the lens seems so clean, like this early morning, although still able to taste the extremely mild taste of the air, but still attracted by such a style.
At this moment, I can't feel the taste of Mandile. This thousand-year-old historical city is just a rush of life.
As everyone knows, Mandalay is the second largest city in Myanmar. It is located in the inland north of central Myanmar. It was the place where several ancient dynasties once built capital, and it is also a city where a large number of overseas Chinese gather.
Mandalay is the last capital of the Burmese dynasty, and it has witnessed the glory of the last king of Myanmar. In the ancient capital of Myanmar, only the city of Mandalay was completely preserved. There is no bustling excitement in the big cities, but there is a more simple culture and landscape, and there are countless Buddhist monuments and historical relics. The Mandalay region is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the most indispensable stop for tourism in Myanmar. Inadvertently came to the vegetable market, in fact, it is also followed by the crowd, where is the lively where to drill.
Mandalay has a lot of attractions, and it may not be possible to read it in the last week, and the attractions are too remote. It is recommended to charter.
