location: Bunaken Island, Manado, Sulawesi we snorkelled at one of the world's famous marine park with over 3000 species and 300 corals waiting to be seen and explored. we did not plan on snorkeling actually because our initial plan was just to go to the beach and swim but since it was low tide when we arrived, we just went for snorkeling! Even if we're not ready, diving stalls at Bunaken island are geared with wet suits, paddles, dive fins and snorkels which you can rent at reasonable prices. The rent also comes with underwater pictures of you and Nemo!(if you're luck to find him!) How do you get to Bunaken island? The island of Bunaken is easily reached from Manado by motorized.Because we were a huge group, we rented out the entire boat. Ferries from Manado to Bunaken leave daily around 02:00 PM.

I live in Cilegon with my family. We went to Bandung on last School holiday with my parents, brother and sister. We took our car and drove there. I booked a hotel with three rooms. We planned to travel around Bandung to different tourism attractions. We went shopping in malls, sightseeing at parks, lakes and other interesting places. We spend three days from Friday to Sunday. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. Overall, I had a great experience with the Novotel Manado; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Grand Luley Manado to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. The staff at the Grand Luley Manado in downtown Manado were fantastic. Great attitude. The direct flight ✈️ from Kunming took just 4.4 hours to reach Sam Ratulangi International Airport, and it's only about a half-hour ride to the city center. Super convenient! Here's a glimpse into my amazing Manado itinerary 👇 🚤 White Sand Island This island has the most interesting shape, like a green fish 🐟 floating on the azure sea. It's incredibly peaceful. The snorkeling experience nearby is absolutely amazing! I easily spotted Nemo and starfish in the water, feeling like I was in an underwater fairy tale. Truly magical 😆. 🐬 Siladen Dolphin Watching Dolphin watching in Siladen is a must-do in Manado! You're almost guaranteed to see dolphins; it just depends on how long you're willing to search. You might see one or two, but with a bit of luck, you'll witness a whole pod leaping joyfully through the ocean. It's a breathtaking sight 🤩. 🌊 Bunaken National Marine Park This place is fantastic for both diving and snorkeling. While snorkeling, you'll be surrounded by all sorts of colorful fish 🐠🐟 and diverse coral formations. It feels like swimming in a giant aquarium. Charter flight (for the rich) The infrastructure in Indonesia is relatively backward, and there are not many entertainment facilities. The airport in Manado is also relatively small (a bit like the Langkawi Airport in Malaysia). The airport is small and there are no duty-free shops or anything. There is a parking lot (a bit shabby) as soon as you exit the airport.
