The Sumu Gully Danxia Grand Canyon is located within the territory of Lintao County, Gansu Province, with a total length of 27.5 kilometers and a drainage area of 166.3 square kilometers. It is one of the most beautiful Danxia geological canyon wonders in Western China and is known as the 'living geological evolution museum' closest to Lanzhou.
