Amazing scenary cruise

This cruise is a must if you are in the area! Not only a transportation between Guilin and Yangshuo but a wonderful and unique experience. It's a 4 hours trip and you have lunch included. We took the 4 stars boat in VIP and I would say is worth it. You can book a ticket with an agency or buy the tickets at the tourist office where you will sabe some money. Guilin's peole are very kind and you can find amazing places with top views. Yangshuo has a vibe that not many places have! The ticket cost RMB65 for a journey of 1.5 hours. The boat is quite comfortable with a lower and upper deck. The cruise along the Li river covers most of the mountains surrounding Guilin and the Elephant Trunk Hill. There are snacks and beverages available for sale but recommended to bring your own beverages or snacks on the boat. A ride through cruise in Li river is one of the most suggested activity when I checked before going to Guilin 🛥. The trip is from Guilin to Yangshou and it takes around 4 hours ⏰. I booked it through a travel agent and it costs around 480 for upper deck 4 star cruise with lunch 🍜🍲🍱. And from yangshou evening they took me back to Guilin by road. 20 kilometres southeast of Guilin lies a tranquil little ancient town: Daxu. It sits on the bank of the Li River, and it’s main alley stretches to at least 2.5km long. Incredible nature views

There are multiple ways of exploring the lijiang river or the li river and its scenic areas. Basically the river flows theough the National Park stretches from guilin to yanshuo city. This allows for several points of interest and then there are riverside settlements. Also certain hiking or view spots. Depending upon when you come and how long you have, you will be able to pick activities. While I had a couple of days, the prices did seem a little over what I expected for certain river cruises and there was limited hiking available. I did eventually explore with the region with easier and satisfying activities like the bamboo river raft. It may help to come in season with ideal conditions but guilin is extremely touristy too.
