Huangya Cave is located within the territory of Licheng County, Shanxi Province, situated in the middle part of the Taihang Mountains with an altitude mostly between 1500-2000 meters. The immense energy produced by the relative movement of the Earth's crust has carved out ravines in the mountains composed of hard red quartz sandstone and shale layers, creating continuous steep cliffs that stretch for dozens of kilometers, rising abruptly from the ground and piercing the sky. This unique and spectacular landscape is comparable to the world-famous Grand Canyon in the United States in its own unique way. Moreover, the mountains, terrain, and the texture of the rocks here are quite suitable for rock climbing.

Shanxi Xieer River, a summer resort
Taihang Mountain Xieer Spring is located in Xijing Town, Licheng County, Shanxi Province. On the way to the scenic area, you can see the full view of Teapot Mountain. The shape of Teapot Mountain is very similar to a teapot, which is very common in the countryside, but now it is rarely used in urban families.
Driving from Xieer Village from the outside to the inside, the towering cliffs on both sides gradually tighten, and the hot summer heat is gradually replaced by the coolness of the mountains. Running out of the mountains with a shrunken head, the rural buildings with local characteristics and the rural elders sitting in the shade and chatting slowly pass by the car window, and the air is mixed with a simple taste.
