Subiaco, Italy
The town of Subiaco is located in the eastern Lazio region of central Italy, at the head of the Aniene valley, close to a hill about 400 meters above sea level, and across the slopes of the Simbruini mountains.
The medieval town, built on a rocky cliff, looks over the entire valley of the Aniene, where we find the Benedictine monasteries of the 'Sacro Speco' and 'St. Scholastica', the principal attractions of a visit.
At the entrance to Subiaco is the medieval bridge of S. Francesco, built by Abbot Adhemar in 1358 and with a single span reaching almost 40 metres. The tower at the end of the bridge historically controlled access to the city.
Across the river Aniene is the Church of S. Francis dating back to 1327 and built in the Romanesque-Gothic style. The interior of the church has a single nave covered by a trussed roof, with a great triumphal arch and a square choir.
Be sure to enter the church which contains frescoes of considerable importance, such as those by Giovanni Antonio Bazzi, called "Il Sodoma" (1477-1549), who painted a cycle of frescoes depicting the life of Mary, which concludes with the Passion of Christ.
In the church vault are paintings of the Evangelists and Christ the Redeemer while below there are some scenes in the ancient relief style and two pilasters with grotesques.
On the top of the hill above Subiaco we find the Rock abbey, which was a fortress and residence of the Popes and still dominates the town below.
The typical medieval district in Subiaco extends as far as the slopes of the Rock, with places of interest including the Church of St. Peter, with the Romanesque bell tower and the church of Our Lady of the Cross, with a single nave, oblong windows with pointed arches, and containing 14th century frescoes.
In the lower part of the town, on the left side of the river Aniene, is the church of St. Lorenzo, which according to tradition is the oldest in Subiaco.

Mushroom fried beef

Come to Italy, you must eat tiramisu.

1, Wishing Pool
Remember the beautiful legend? On the bank of the wishing pool, hold the coin to the right of the fountain, throw it back through the left shoulder on the side where the heart is on, throw a coin into the pool and return to Rome again. Repeating two shots will have an affair, and three will be cast. The dream comes true.

Known as the "Eternal City", Rome, Italy, has an extremely rich historical and cultural heritage, with churches, classical fountains, obelisks and ancient ruins. Strolling through the streets of the ancient city, from the Piazza Venezia to the Roman Forum, from the Colosseum to the Plaza de Espaa, Castel Sant'Angelo, the scenery is everywhere, full of endless charm, of course, the Italian handsome niece everywhere!
Rome is the capital and largest city of Italy. The birthplace of the ancient Roman Empire is an "eternal city." He has a glorious history, the glory of the Roman Empire, and the supremacy of the Catholic Church constitute the glory of Rome for nearly 2,500 years. The highest achievement of Roman art is reflected in countless public buildings. They built large-scale roads, waterways, bridges, squares, public baths and other facilities. The earliest Roman architectural art came from Greece.
My trip to Rome is a violent walk. I said that the Italian man has a lot of lethality. I also wondered if I met a gentleman like a Parker in the alley. A legendary trip, those handsome guys on the street, all Into the camera, Roman holiday, nothing to do with the wind.
Rome is a city full of ruins and ruins. The legendary buildings left by the ancient Roman civilization have led countless people to come here.
The Colosseum, as the most famous architectural monument in the world, can feel the glory of the year from every angle.
In Rome, even on the streets of every town in Italy, you can see scattered ancient Roman ruins everywhere, except for the world-famous Colosseum, the Roman ruins next to it are the most famous in Rome. One of the tourist attractions. It once represented the glory of the Roman Empire and is the central area of the construction of the ancient Roman imperial city. We often say that all roads lead to Rome means that all the avenues in the Roman city were scattered with the ancient Roman ruins. . Like our ancient Chinese civilization, the Romans at the time also believed that Rome was the center of the world.
The Pantheon is the only preserved Roman Empire architecture to date, and is a jewel in the history of ancient Roman architecture. The most distinctive feature is the ancient Greek-style triangular threshold at the entrance and the symmetrical huge marble column. .
The ancient Roman ruins
was once the economic and political center of the ancient Roman Empire. It has a history of more than 2,000 years, and now it is green and green, but it is only in ruins. The ruins contain temples, triumphal arches, and old-age buildings. Although it is difficult to reminiscent of the glory of the past, in the sun, the ruins are quiet and shining with golden light, which is like a scene in a comic book.
[Into the tour package for 12 euros.
The ruins of the ancient Roman city are very close and can be reached on foot.
When traveling to Rome, be sure to take a walk in the old town. The smile of Rome, the excitement of Rome. Medieval mass, silhouette silhouette of the sculpture. Heavy and revival, tears and laughter, stones and flowers, silence and radiance, these classic elements are too easy to find in walking.
I like to walk on the streets of Rome because of the phrase "all roads lead to Rome." Recalling that it spanned three continents in Asia and Europe, Egypt, an ancient civilization in Africa, once surrendered to it. Its connection with the Chinese Han and Tang dynasties was also frequently found in the records. These are all thanks to the transportation of ancient Rome and the embrace of exotic culture. One of the treasures that this history brought to Rome was the Egyptian obelisk, which was distributed throughout the Old City.
Architecture and sculpture are the most loyal narrators of history, regardless of what their builders originally wanted to express, only the construction behaviors that these people made during their implementation and the motives behind them, leaving future generations with delusions. . This, when we stand under the Arc de Triomphe of Constantine I in Rome today, it will be particularly obvious.
That year, Napoleon came to Rome and saw the Arc de Triomphe. He greatly appreciated it, and later used it as a blueprint to create the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Therefore, although the Arch of Constantine was the oldest building in the three Arc de Triomphe in Rome, the shadow of the early Roman art can still be seen, and the preservation is relatively good and worth seeing.
From the Colosseum to the Arch of Constantine, we can take care of these two ancient buildings at a glance. You can take them into the same frame. But these two magnificent buildings, left to us, are endless thinking.
Rome, an ancient name, is known as the "city of the city" because of its glorious history, the glory of the Roman Empire, and the supremacy of the Catholic Church constitute the glory of Rome for nearly 2,500 years.
Rome is one of the birthplaces of world culture. It has deposited thousands of years of historical sites and has a rich cultural heritage. It was built on seven hills between the Taipo River and was revived after several destructions. The ancient Roman ruins are large in scale, and they are imaginative and lingering.
The ancient city of Rome is like a giant open-air historical museum. Every step is stepped on countless historical stories. On the ruins of the ancient capital of Rome, the world famous temples such as the Imperial Senate, the Arc de Triomphe, the Jigongzhu, the Pantheon and the Grand Arena are standing. Historic sites; there are many fine architecture and fine art from the Renaissance.

Entering Rome today, the unique Mediterranean pine statue holds a large umbrella to prop up the green shade of the ancient city. The buildings of the legacy of the millennium are well preserved, and the works of carving everyone are more vivid. The artists on the streets also interpret the art and life of the Romans. Get up in the morning, an authentic pasta, and start a day of travel in Rome.
The city of Rome is located on the Latin plains of the Apennines in the middle of the Mediterranean. There is a Tiber River on the Latin plains. The Roman city is on the hills on the left bank of the Tiber River, about a hundred kilometers from the coast. In the early Iron Age, agricultural villages were formed. After
, a Latin person came to establish a stronghold. As the economy develops, the population increases and the city is established. It is also the capital of ancient Rome, located in the capital city of Rome, Italy, named after the legendary founder Romulo.
The ancient Roman city includes seven hills such as Palatino, Capitoli and Esquilino. It is about 6,200 meters long from north to south and 3,500 meters wide from east to west. The walls of the city cross the river and are undulating and undulating. The whole is irregular, like a crouching male lion. The
Roman Royal Palace was built on the Palatine Hill, and later known as the Palatino Palace, including a large number of halls, bathrooms and racing fields, theaters and so on. These monuments are only ruins, but the Pantheon is completely preserved.
It is a temple with a circular dome. It has a classical colonnade in front. The dome is made of natural concrete, which is made of volcanic ash. It is a great creation of Roman architecture in terms of structural technology. Its dome is 43 meters high and its width is similar. It is magnificent and has a strict structure, which has a profound influence on European classical architecture in the future.
The most important part of the ancient city center is the Roman Forum, which is located in the valley between Palatino, Capitoline and Esquilino. After the city is built, it is the center of residents' gatherings. The main site is about 134 meters long and 63 meters wide. It is surrounded by temples, synagogues, Senate Houses and Arc de Triomphe, and memorial columns around the end of the Republic Square.
Walking along Venice Square is the Empire Avenue, which leads to the Colosseum and the ancient Roman ruins.
Imperial Avenue is an important street in Rome. On both sides of the Broad Empire Avenue, the remains of most of the ancient capitals of the Roman Empire are concentrated.
The Empire Avenue has ancestral temples including the Senate, the Temple, the niece and some famous emperors, such as the Caesar Temple, as well as the Arc de Triomphe, which commemorates the great achievements of the ancient Roman emperors, such as the commemoration of Emperor Constantine The Arc de Triomphe, built in 312 on the Milwa Bridge to defeat the Nero tyrant.
The street performers often see performances on the streets of Rome. The performances are very good. If you feel good, you can vote for money.
