Gliding over the calm, mirror-like waters, I couldn’t help but marvel at the untouched beauty of Kenyir Lake. This man-made marvel, the largest in Southeast Asia, offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our boat ride took us past hidden waterfalls and secluded coves, each more picturesque than the last. The highlight of the cruise was when we anchored near a small island, where we took a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. The coolness of the lake was the perfect remedy for the summer heat. As we cruised further, we spotted various species of birds and even a family of otters playing near the shore. The boat’s captain shared stories about the lake’s history and the unique flora and fauna that call it home, adding depth to the experience. The cruise ended with a breathtaking sunset, the sky painted in hues of orange and pink, reflecting off the lake’s surface. It was the perfect end to a day spent immersed in nature’s beauty. Also have pool makes its really family friendly. Definitely recommended if you want to try new place with classic malay accent. The food also very good. Make sure to book a houseboat, its a must! Definitely worth everything to be here! Its been a long day

Have a day off to Tasik Kenyir, Kuala Berang, Terengganu to embrace & enjoy nature. Really worth the long & bumpy ride as the place absolutely beauty!!! Lots of activity can be doing here but need to rent a house boat first in order to enjoy the night here in nature. Sometime we just need nature to cool off our hectic & busy day so here the place. Really worth the trip of 2 days & 1 night! #tripblazers

Kenyir Elephant Conservation Village

is the very first time been to KT, takes around 45 mins from Kt to tasek kenyir by car and the 🐘 🐘 is just nearby Tasek Kenyir, is quite a big village and is around 17 Elephants there, not so many visitors maybe is a little bit far from town area, but all staff is very friendly and nice. the Drawbridge is very good in maintenance, there is 3 slot for elephant bath, look cute and its all will said bye bye and thank you by using their nose. Elephant ride is Rm15 for 1 round, jot big round but worth it for those who never try...is soooooooooo high when on its back....just quite hot is go at noon, a recommenced visit by the morning session. on the way when nearby to tasek kenyir there is a few restaurants that service Malay food, fish hotpot, will see many cars park there and will got time, you may stop by and try it, quite delicious and wont expensive...maybe some day we will return to visit those cute and giant friends here... #elephants #hotweather #niceplace #familytrip #drawbridgeterengganu #kualaberang #kenyirElephant
