Best beef I ever had is in Kobe and you guessed it, Kobe beef! Totally melt in your mouth, eat until you are full, only spent SGD$50 per pax.
A berry fantastic meal
Nikusho Ichiya
Address: Japan, 〒657-0845 Hyogo, Kobe, Nada Ward, Iwaya Nakamachi, 4 Chome−2−7 シマブンビル BB PLAZA 別館
I found this place from word of mouth and I made a reservation to try it out. When I arrived, it was not crowded and there was nobody attending to you. It was kind of weird but I did manage to have a great meal. This place does not have an English menu but it was easy to order using simple gestures. Just go for their premium beef and have a great time enjoying it. You can use google map to look for this restaurant and it is easy to navigate using google map.

Cooking over hot steel
Kobe Wakkoqu
I have heard about this teppanyaki restaurant and I was so lucky to be able to book them for lunch. It is my honour to enjoy high quality kobe beef in one of the best restaurants in Kobe. I still can remember the taste lingering in my mouth when I ate here two years ago. Their beef steaks are tender and flavorful even without sauce. You will be seated in a group with a personal chef cooking for 6 to 8 persons. I was lucky to have the chef cooking for the four of us. The chef will ask you for your preference and he is ready to perform his culinary skills.
He will then transform the beef, butter and garlic into an amazing dish right in front of you. A tip for you, always go during lunch time and order their lunch set. It is always the most economical pricing during lunch.

English style Starbucks
Starbucks Coffee Kobe Kitano Ijinkan
Address: Japan, 〒650-0002 Hyogo, Kobe, Chuo Ward, Kitanocho, 3 Chome−1−31 北野物語館
This Starbucks is very nicely decorated and you can leave your doggies outside, on leash. Take the stairs and head upstairs, the place is filled with antique furniture, looking like an old English library. There is also a chalk drawing to indicate this Starbucks outlet was opened in 2009. There is no time limit on how long you can spend your time here. So you can sit here and enjoy the whole afternoon.
