Trip to Kedah, Malaysia 🇲🇾
It was a trip to Kedah, Malaysia. We started our trip in Alor Setar, the capital of Kedah, where history meets modernity. We explored the Alor Setar Tower, one of the tallest telecommunications towers in the world, and captured panoramic views of the city ✨ For heritage lovers, we visited the Balai Besar (Royal Hall) and the majestic Zahir Mosque, renowned for its Moorish architecture. The mosque 🕌 , with its intricate domes and reflective marble floors, is breathtaking at sunset, a perfect time for photos 📸

Kedah’s paddy fields are iconic, and we ventured into the countryside for golden hour photos. We recommend visiting the Rice Museum (Muzium Padi) to learn about the history of rice 🌾 farming before heading to the fields nearby for scenic photography 📸 The contrast of green fields with the blue skies ⛅️ in the morning or the golden hues during sunset is mesmerizing.

We also ventured to Gunung Jerai, a mountain ⛰️ retreat that offered sweeping views of the coast and surrounding forest 🌳 We recommend timing your visit in the early morning ☀️ when the mist creates a magical atmosphere. Don’t miss the Candi Lembah Bujang, ancient Hindu temple ruins nearby, perfect for history buffs and photographers alike 📸
