Kazan Kremlin
Beautiful Kazan
Getting There - I arrived in Kazan in early September from Istanbul
Attractions - Kazan has many attractions but the one I loved to be at was the Kazan Opera with its decorations and outstanding performance shows. I had the opportunity to attend "The Grey Hord", an amazing opera combining Tatar folks and classic dance with a real orchestra. If you plan to visit Kazan check the Kazan Opera website to found out what their schedule.
Food & Restaurants - Kazan is a city with full range of all kinds of restaurants. I used to go to this coffee and bakery not far from the Kremlin. It's called Malvic
Shopping -Many great shopping malls in the city but the one I went often is called Kazan Mall.
This is a beautiful building that you can see from the Kremlin above or from the esplanade waterfront. It is the exterior that is worth the look. You are not allowed in side. The architecture and metal tree sculpture in the center doorway are something to see.

This is really people-watchers' paradise! A broad street, with no traffic, and plenty of people, locals and tourists, lots of families, lots of kids. Apart from that, there are plenty of interesting things to see on this street: the Kazan cat, Catherine the Great's carriage, the dragon monument, etc...etc... Not to mention the numerous restaurants, boutiques etc...etc... The ideal time for a casual stroll down this street is probably in the evening. I walked down the street in daytime, it was quite nice. If you are in Kazan for a couple of days, keep some time aside for this street! Well worth the effort.

"Kremlin" means "fortress" and that means that there are kremlins in various Russian cities. This is one is amazing with beautiful blue mosque and Orthodox church as well as other interesting buildings. It has a great view over the Volga river and part of the city. A beautiful wrought iron gate includes pagan symbols evoking the very rich history of this region and the fact that people of many different religions live at peace with each other in this well-off academic city and capital of Tartarstan.

There was not much time in Kazan, so I went straight to the center of the Kremlin. This is the first Kremlin I saw in Russia. All kinds of small spires illuminate the skyline and touch the human heart. Very beautiful.
At that time, it was difficult to describe the first feeling after entering the Kremlin. In addition, the state of serious lack of feelings felt that everything was very beautiful. Now I think it might be more appropriate to change a word.
From the Spasta House into the Kremlin, such a beautiful place does not accept tickets, people are moved, this is enough to make the Kremlin in Moscow feel ashamed, it may be that the monks feel that they have to compare Slavs is on the high side.
The monk departed from the Mongolian rule earlier than the Slavs, and earlier began to build the city according to his own wishes. The Kremlin was built on the foundation of the original Mongolian castle, and it was just raised. The city wall and the two towers, and later the Khan began to become artistic, and they added the buildings one by one according to their own ideas, which became what they are today.
Kazan | The magical land of Tatarstan.
| The magical land of Tatarstan. Kazan is like a mysterious multifaceted gem embedded in the Russian land.
The Kazan Kremlin is solemn and majestic, and the ancient city walls tell stories of the past. The mosque and church stand side by side within the walls, and the collision of different architectural styles is a unique witness to cultural integration.
Bauman Street is bustling with shops on both sides, and street performers put on wonderful performances, with laughter and joy echoing in the air.
The Kazanka River flows quietly in the suburbs, and the grass on the riverbank is like a green velvet carpet. Families having picnics and couples strolling add a warm atmosphere to the place.
Kazan University exudes a strong academic atmosphere, and countless dreams of wisdom are nurtured in the ancient buildings.
Charlotte Rodriguez12Charlotte Global Travel | From Bishkek to Moscow: A Journey Through the Humanities and Scenery of Eurasia.
1️⃣ From Bishkek, we embarked on a long journey across Central Asia and Russia. This journey is not only a geographical crossing, but also a baptism of rich humanities and scenery.
2️⃣ Shortly after leaving Bishkek, we arrived at our first stop in Kazakhstan, Almaty. Surrounded by the Tianshan Mountains, this city is a harmonious blend of modernity and nature. Strolling in front of the Abai Theater under the floodlights, you will find yourself surrounded by tree-lined streets and Soviet-era buildings. The Green Market in Almaty is full of life, with various spice and fruit stalls reflecting the enthusiastic smiles of the people, giving you a strong sense of regional characteristics.
3️⃣ Continuing north, we arrived at Kazakhstan's new capital, Astana (now Nur-Sultan). This futuristic city is known for its modern architecture. The Bayterek Tower is particularly dazzling under the blue sky and white clouds, symbolizing the prosperity and progress of Kazakhstan. In the National Museum of Kazakhstan, we gained an in-depth understanding of the intertwining of nomadic culture and modernization, and this cultural collision is impressive.
4️⃣ After leaving Astana, we crossed endless grasslands and forests and entered Russia. The first stop is Yekaterinburg, an industrial town located at the junction of Europe and Asia. The iconic "Europe-Asia Boundary Marker" in the city has become a highlight of the journey. From here, the architectural style of the city gradually transitions from Soviet-style to Russian Orthodox churches, and the golden dome of St. Catherine's Cathedral shines in the sun, making people linger in the city's rich sense of history.
5️⃣ The next stop is Kazan, one of Russia's cultural centers and a microcosm of multiculturalism. In the Kazan Kremlin, we witnessed the scene of Orthodox churches and mosques standing side by side, and this religious inclusiveness reflects the unique charm of Kazan. The blue and white domes of the Qolşärif Mosque are breathtakingly beautiful, and the quiet atmosphere inside the mosque is awe-inspiring.
6️⃣ Finally, we arrived at the end of the journey, the Russian capital, Moscow. The vastness of Red Square and the colorful St. Basil's Cathedral are breathtaking. People here walk in a hurry, but they take a leisurely stroll along the Moscow River at night, showing the rhythm of this metropolis intertwined with busyness and leisure.
7️⃣ Along the way, we not only crossed the geographical mountains and rivers, but also felt the diversity of culture. From grasslands to forests, from mosques to churches, this is an unforgettable journey of culture and nature. Every city and every smiling face makes people feel the richness and magnificence of the Eurasian continent.

The Three Golden Rules of Relationships
Ah, the age-old rules of relationships – guidance that many have pondered and few have truly mastered. Here are the three golden principles:
Don't date your exes.
Avoid the complexities of long-distance love; after all, we're no longer starry-eyed teenagers.
Refrain from kindling romance with a colleague, for the workplace can be a tricky terrain for affairs of the heart.
And now, a playful twist: guess who managed to unlock all the achievements in this thrilling game of love and connections? ;)
P.S. Allow me to share a little secret – Kazan is a city of breathtaking beauty! While my original intent was to compile a helpful post, I must admit that the mood for pure relaxation took precedence, and this post is an embodiment of that tranquil spirit. ❤️
Relationship rules with a twist and a glimpse of Kazan's charm. ❤️
