In the ninth year of Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1670), the 'Xiangjiao Temple' was built to the east of Xingyuan Temple. In the seventh year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1742), the 'Fuyuan Temple' was constructed under the supervision of Awangzhamuyang Huttuktu, the twelfth Zasak Dalai Lama of the Xilertu Kulun, and since then, successive Zasak Dalai Lamas have carried out renovations to varying degrees, preserving it to this day, with a history of over 370 years.
