Dedo Teppocho Branch Address: 1F, 7-13 Teppocho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture 730-0017 Recommendation: Great value for money as you can eat 10 kinds of sashimi for 1000 yen! All the other dishes are also delicious so it's a must-visit restaurant for seafood lovers! The salad and boiled fish were also delicious 🥗 Rating: It's very popular, so make a reservation early! We made a reservation on a weekday and were able to go just in time, but it seems that most reservations are filled up by the day before, so be careful! 5. Tomonoura is a port town at the southern end of Fukuyama City, Hiroshima, Japan. This place is a picture-perfect port city of literature and history, Tomonoura is a fascinating destination in Hiroshima Prefecture. While visiting the place I noticed that the place is very similar with one of the place I saw in the movie, and as I searched, Tomonoura was featured in the Marvel film ‘Wolverine'. The sea-facing section of town is breathtaking, with small boats bobbing up and down in the docks. The old town center has fairly narrow traditional streets, that are so well kept they are reminiscent of times long passed. #springitinerary You hop on a ferry from Hiroshima, and suddenly you’re looking at that iconic floating torii gate rising out of the water like something from a postcard. It belongs to Itsukushima Shrine, which has been around since the 1100s and looks like it’s just floating at high tide. The island itself is super peaceful, with cute deer just casually wandering around like they run the place (they kinda do). You can stroll through little streets full of street food, don’t skip the momiji manju (maple-leaf shaped cakes) or take the ropeway up Mount Misen for epic views. There’s history, nature, and just enough quirk to keep things interesting. The best part? It feels like a total escape without going far. Stay for sunset. The torii gate glows, and it’s a whole vibe. Sadly, it was destroyed in the atomic bombing, but the current version was rebuilt in the '50s and still gives off total feudal Japan energy. Walking up, you’re greeted by a moat and cool wooden bridges, super photogenic. Inside, it’s a museum with samurai armor, swords, and history bits that even non-history nerds can enjoy. Climb to the top floor and killer views of the city and surrounding mountains. It’s not a huge time investment, but it’s a perfect break between heavier parts of Hiroshima’s story. Peaceful, scenic, and full of that old-school samurai flair. Bonus: there’s a little shrine on the grounds and tons of sakura if you hit it in spring. Total hidden gem feel.

One time I had a parfait made with lemons from the Seto Inland Sea. Let me fall under the pomegranate skirt of lemon🍋 I wanted to eat lemons many times, so I took this trip. Opening the menu feels like opening a treasure box🗃️ The most famous one here is the lemon carbonara pasta The surface is a bit hard for me Carboni is the protagonist The whole cafe environment is very similar to the Japanese corridor in the TV series A lot of details and very cheap.
