The master bedroom is on the ground floor. The folding door can be opened all the way to see the full view. The extra bed is in the attic. It's cute and heals the heart. @LoveChiangMai Cooking School We enjoyed a private cooking lesson hosted by Aoi at her cooking school. If you have the time and love cooking, this is simply a must do when you’re in Chiang Mai. It was very memorable. We opted for the Chiang Mai Northern Thai Lanna Cooking Experience. For the Lanna cuisine, we got to select 3 main dishes and 1 dessert. We selected Sai Aou - Chiang Mai Sausage, Koaw Soi - Chiang Mai Noodles, "Kaeng Hung Lay" - Pork belly Burmese style curry and for dessert, Kanom Wong - Chiang Mai Donut. Our experience started with Aoi greeting us at the hotel, then we went ingredient shopping at the local market (purchase of ingredients included in the tour), before heading to her cooking school and her organic garden. We learnt how to make all the dishes from scratch - even how to fill the sausage by hand! It was almost a full day experience as each cooking session took about 6-7 hours.
