0507-1365-0749I guess it's fortunate that the menu is written in Korean?ㅎㅎㅎ But in fact, there are many words in Korean that I don't know what they mean, so it's still difficult. I was in a hurry, so I quickly glanced at the menu and ordered No. 1, 'Biriya Beef Taco', but it turns out that No. 1 is the most popular menu. It was even on Master of Life or something!
Let's take a closer look at the menu. In addition to the Biriya Beef Taco, there are also Carne Asada Taco, Chorizo Taco, Picadilla Taco, and Green Picadilla Taco for tacos. There are also the familiar Dirty Nacho Chips, and Carne Asada Quesadilla and Picadillo Quesadilla for quesadillas. I like quesadillas too, so I'll have to try quesadillas next time. They also sell unique ramen like birria taco hangover ramen and birria hangover ramen. It looks delicious because it has Mexican broth. After a long wait, the tacos came out. The birria beef taco has salsa, roja, beef birria, onions, and cilantro between corn tortillas. The birria at The Taco Bus is said to be made by boiling it with adobo sauce for 6 hours.
Originally, birria originated from the western Mexican state of Jalisco, and is said to be a spicy stew made by adding dried chili peppers, spices, etc. to meat. The sauce served with the tacos is 'consommé', the broth used to cook birria.
The corn tortillas were slightly crispy, and I liked the fact that there was a lot of meat in the filling. I squeezed lime and ate it with consommé sauce. Is this Mexico?! LOL I like cilantro, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much cilantro. The quantity was also very small overall. I was going to buy just one piece, but I bought two, but if I had only bought one, I would have been in big trouble.
