We went for the Halong Bay Day Cruise on the Halong Bay Excursion Ho Thien 99. Our guide Linh was great, informative and funny! He was very patient and was with us the whole day, made sure we were all good, happy and comfortable👍
The Ho Thien 99 was such a large boat with indoor, outdoor, lower deck and upper deck areas. We were also provided a lunch buffet and could roam around the cruise whenever we wanted. These are some of the beautiful views from the cruise en route to our first stop….😊

One of the best Caves in Vietnam!
#celebratewithtrip
Being one of the widest and most special caves in Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave is located in the center of the Bay, inside Bo Hon Island. There is a small dock at the bottom of Bo Hon Island, where you'll dismount your boat and begin the climb up 100 or more steps to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave. This is one of the highlights in most Ha long Bay itineraries. When I went there it was included in my packaged tour. The cave has colorful lights that give reflections to their beauty. It is popular for most visitors who come and visit Ha long bay.

The Beautiful Islets in Ha long Bay!
#celebratewithtrip
Ha Long Bay in Northeast Vietnam. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that covers some 150,000 hectares. It is located on the Gulf of Tonkin in the north eastern province of Quang Ninh. It is known for its emerald waters and The most amazing thing about the bay is the islets that rise up out of the water. If you are going to Ha long bay there are some options to choose. Visitors to Ha Long Bay can opt for a packaged cruise, including transport to and from Hanoi. Independent travellers can take a bus to Ha Long City or Hai Phong and a taxi to the port. When I went there I chose the packaged cruise. The Halong Bay entrance fee is US$13 per person for a day cruise and US$25 for an overnight cruise. This is generally included in your ticket, though it's worth double-checking for the cheapest cruises. Activities like kayaking and island bike rides may cost you extra. This is absolutely beautiful. If possible you can try to do overnight to see the sunrise and sunset.

Stunning limestone mountains as a UNESCO site
#bucketlistreboot
Halong Bay as known as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous because its stunning limestone mountains raising up from emerald waters that formed from thousand years ago. You also can have a chance to explore amazing caves as well as the culture of Ha Long.
There are plenty of activities to do at Ha Long. One of it is to take a cruise through this amazing limestone mountains and explore its cave system. In Ha Long bay, there is even a beach with its calm waves, definitely suitable for kayaking as well.
I highly recommend to take an overnight cruise so that you have more time to do all these activities.
Paloma Cruise along Ha Long Bay
#createwithtrip
Ha Long Bay is one of the mandatory destinations when we vacation in Vietnam. this time we took the Paloma cruise which we ordered online. From hotel pick up to boarding the boat all very well organised. On this cruise we ordered family rooms, which the bed was very soft, the bathroom was also clean, the air conditioner was cold, and our room had a balcony, so we could enjoy the trip on the ship and see also the sunset. especially in the cruise, while lunch and dinner time, we were given a menu of food served, very delicious, which we could see the chef cooked the dishes and served it at our table.so amazing. #vietnamtravel #halongbay #cruisetrip
Ha Long - Lan Ha - Bai Tu Long
Almost every traveler passing through Vietnam has either already been to Halong Bay or dreams of visiting. It’s status as one of the seven natural wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site means that Halong Bay has been a popular choice for many travel bucket lists for many years. But Halong Bay is not the only bay worth knowing in the Gulf of Tonkin.
The Halong Bay world heritage site is actually made up of three neighboring bays: Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay. Halong Bay is undeniably the most famous and well-known of the three routes but Lan Ha and Bai Tu Long should not be overlooked. Here we explain the main differences between the three famous bays to help you choose the right Halong Bay itinerary to suit your needs.

Bai Tu Long Bay
Bai Tu Long Bay is the name of an area located in the east of Halong Bay Vietnam. Although it shares many similar geological characters with Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay is considered as off the beaten tourist track with many deserted and pristine beaches, no less impressive karst mountains. The Bay has a rich biodiversity with two ecosystems: a tropical, moist, evergreen rainforest ecosystem; and a marine and coastal ecosystem. The area has scarcely seen any tourist development. A large number of guests, through online research, wish to visit the Bai Tu Long Bay because it is much less crowded than Halong Bay. The only disadvantage is that it does not have many grottos. The nearest place for a visit (Vung Vieng Fishing village) is at around 20 km from tourist port.

Friday boat at the world famous bay
Titop Island is located 8 kilometers southeast of Bai Chay Harbor in the middle of Halong Bay. Despite its small size (3.7 hectares), it is considered one of the most beautiful islands in the bay and is a popular destination for Halong visitors.
Titop has stunning scenery, which can be seen from a vantage point high in the island's center. It boasts a crescent-shaped beach with fluffy white sand and turquoise blue waves that is famed for its serenity. Many cruise itineraries include a stopover in Titop Island because of its proximity to Bai Chay.

In love with you Bay
This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a short and totally worthwhile day excursion from Hanoi, taking around four hours each way by bus. Though most known for its world-famous limestone outcroppings, Ha Long Bay also has a variety of beaches, the most well-known of which is Bai Chay, a man-made structure that attracts the majority of visitors.
Take a boat journey to Ti Top Island, an island in the middle of the bay with its own beach, for the entire experience. Visit the less-traveled, white-sand-filled Ban Chan beach if you have the time to make an overnight trip out of it.

Renowned as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we were ecstatic to finally be visiting the beautiful Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. Though we didn’t get to see the full extent of it’s beauty with blue skies and waters (we visited in December), it still made for a fascinating trip at this popular travel location.
The bay features 1,600 limestone karst hills and isles, formed by the warm and wet tropical climate, that come in a range of different shapes and sizes. It was a spectacular sight as we travelled through these formations – most of which are uninhabited and unaffected by civilisation.

A natural wonder, UNESCO heritage site. Thousand of islands clustered in a bay. You can spend hours on a boat, weaving through the water channels to see the islands appear in and out of sight. Very beautiful site on a clear day.

Staying overnight on a junk boat is the best way to see Ha Long Bay, where they take you to all the different areas of the bay, and walk through cool bat caves as well!

Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Junk boat tours and sea kayak expeditions take visitors past islands named for their shapes, including Stone Dog and Teapot islets. The region is popular for scuba diving, rock climbing and hiking, particularly in mountainous Cát Bà National Park.# happy new year 2020 of all the Trip.com members 🇻🇳🧗♂️🚵♂️🚣♂️⛵️🏔✈️

Halong bay, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
First time visiting this human paradise. It was worth visiting since there are beautiful sceneric views, clean and friendly environment along with friendly local vietnameses and tasty dishes. Definitely going to visit this place again.
🥰🥰🥰Travel with your loved one is always fun and enjoy #VVLLL❤❤❤
This is the highlight of our Vietnam tour. The view was breathtakingly beautiful! It is worth a visit in your lifetime. Take the kayak ride with the local ladies, they are very tough women, able to take photos with one hand and control the kayak with the other!

After passing through the maze of wonderland made up of mountains and seas in Halong Bay, we came to the most romantic and beautiful island paradise island in Vietnam. Here you can play a variety of beach games on the white sand beach, swim in the designated area, and climb the top of the island to overlook the panoramic view of the Guilin from Halong Bay.
Paradise Island is also called Di Duo Island. It is located in the south of Halong Bay. When you take a boat trip to Halong Bay, you can drive from the cockfighting stone to the south for more than an hour. Paradise Island consists of three parts: island, sea and beach.
The island of Paradise Island is not very high, the highest peak is more than 200 meters, and the entire island is covered by dense vegetation.
The summit is very far-sighted, the blue sea is surrounded by the archipelago, and the green island has become the most beautiful embellishment of the sea. A boat runs through it, inadvertently forming a flowing picture, like a famous painting. .
The clear water near Paradise Island makes you intoxicated, because the clear, blue water is green, like a sapphire, and like a jade, swim here, the biggest fun is not to play, but to cleanse the body and mind Forget the troubles and enjoy the mood.
Paradise Island is not a big beach. It may be the most attractive place on Paradise Island. The beach was very soft and the waves kissed the beach softly. Its a pleasure to play in a bathing suit with a loved one or a friend who plays volleyball on the beach or lie on the beach. If you want a cup of coffee or juice, a book and the warm sunshine of Paradise Island, it is an unparalleled enjoyment that allows you to forget everything and be happy.
Halong Hotel Saigon is located on the edge of tiNiWorld, only 20 minutes drive from Halong Bay and not far from Sun World Ha Long Park, Castaway Island and Bai Chay Beach.
The double bed room with sea view was surprised by the 2 meter bed. In the bed, I can really roll freely without worrying about falling down hahahaha
The decoration of the hotel is a little long, with a European style design, it is an old hotel in the local area, some sense of time, although the facilities are not Especially new, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is quite comfortable to live. The
hotel has a free swimming pool and tennis courts.
The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the night market in Halong City. There are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby. If you want to eat Vietnamese street food, you only need to go to the opposite food street. Vietnams consumption is still very low. . It is recommended to try the seafood at the night market. It is very fresh.
Add a Halong Bay Day Trip to Your Hanoi Adventure

Known for its emerald waters and towering limestone karsts, Halong Bay offers a breathtaking escape from the bustling city and is a must-add to your Hanoi itinerary.
A typical day trip begins with an early morning departure, driving through the scenic countryside to the bay. Once there, you’ll board a traditional junk boat and set sail across the shimmering waters. The surreal seascape, dotted with thousands of limestone islands and hidden caves, feels like stepping into a dream.
Highlights of the trip often include kayaking through hidden lagoons, exploring limestone caves like Thien Cung or Sung Sot, and even stopping by a floating fishing village to learn about the local way of life. For the adventurous, climbing to the top of Titop Island rewards you with panoramic views of the bay that are truly Instagram-worthy.
