Fun Day at Railbike Park

Situated in a suburb area, you can get to Gangchon in 2 hours from Seoul. I've been there in January. I barely couldn't see snow desert in Seoul, but when my train has arrived in Gimyujeong Station, The only thing I can see is just snow everywhere. Rail bike is the main attraction in Gangchon. It covers the route from Gimyujeong to Gangchon Station. As the limited bike, I would like go recommend you to book the ticket in advance to secure your seat. Please wear a comfortable shoes and outfit. The trip takes aporiximately 8 km or about one hour bike ride. In the middle of this trip, all the bike will stop at the check point. You can grab some snacks like topokki or oden. I suggest you to take the last bike, since all the locals who joined this trip would like to bike in maximum speed. #ForeignVibes Spring, summer, fall, and winter are all beautiful, but Domain was especially stunning when I visited during autumn. The fallen leaves perfectly complemented the cozy cafes. Even though it was cold and the leaves had fallen a lot after the rain when I visited in early winter, I still felt the autumn vibes and decided to come back next year. Beautiful Aquarium

This aquarium is so big inside and they have house donkeys and rabbits on the top and there some goat and sheep too , it’s pretty to feed them but little expensive entrance pee but it’s worth it near in Goyang

[Ilsan] Bella Citta Shopping Arcade

Located near the Baeksoek Station (Line 3, Exit 8) and Goyang Bus Terminal (고양종합터미널), this shopping arcade is located adjacent to an apartment complex. With a beautiful green plaza at the center, there are multiple branded and boutique shops, restaurants, and a Megabox movie theater in the area making it easier for visitors and residents to enjoy food and entertainment in one place. I would generally recommend this place for those already residing in Ilsan (일산) and visiting Ilsan for other appointments. Since it also has various kids' cafes in the shopping arcade with less crowd (you probably want to avoid crowded areas for the recent rise of COVID-19 cases in Korea), this is a good option for family-friendly casual hang out spot with fewer people. Plus, there is a small fountain in the middle of the plaza where kids can play (and get wet). I’m a big fan of trying extraordinary things to experience Korea that are not so touristy and obvious. First time trying out 1.5hr workshop to learn how to make my Kombucha tea. The instructor provided a very educational background info about Kombucha including what health effects it has on our body and so on. Many one-day arts & crafts/baking/food classes are available to check out online depending on where you stay. Artificial lake in the city

Look! What a busy town have here? A beautiful park for everybody's enjoyment. Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang City surprised me. Did you know that this is a artificial lake? The park is equipped with convenient facilities and attractions including the Riverside Square, a 4.7-kilometer long bike path, children's playground, and musical fountain. The foundation is awesome.The park is also known being the venue for International Horticulture Goyang Korea, a large flower exhibition. The festival is being held every month of October. Going here from Seoul is a 2.5 hour subway ride. The park is wide and surrounded with beautiful nature. This is a perfect place for family. Ilsan Lake Park is located in 595 Hosu-ro, Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang City, Gyeonggi-do Province, South Korea. The admission here is free. The Park was designed to provide natural looking spaces for outdoor recreation in an urban area that is isolated from natural water and trees. Available facilities includes the theme plaza, Hanul plaza, rose garden, Aesugyo Bridge, musical fountain, long path bike, children's playground. This park is also the venue of Goyang Flower Festival which is being held in the month of October. The water fountain here is a view to behold. The long path bike is wonderful and spacious. Kids would definitely enjoy the children's playground. If you want to have a overview of the lake, be at the Aesu bridge. The view is awesome out there. Benches are everywhere and the perfect spot is under the tree overlooking to the lake. That would be a relaxing and chilling moment. Include this in your list too. Han River View Spot, Bridge View Spot ‘Haengjusanseong’

#OutdoorDate Haengjusanseong Fortress is a place where 2,300 soldiers defeated 30,000 Japanese soldiers during the 3 great battles of the Imjin War. It is well known for the origin of ‘General Kwon Yul’s Haengju Skirt’. Haengjusanseong Fortress is quite spacious inside and it takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes to tour. Since it is on a high hill, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes to visit. Haengjusanseong Fortress is currently experiencing autumn foliage, so you can see a beautiful and colorful landscape. Also, the view of the Han River from Chunguijeong on the top of Haengjusanseong Fortress is spectacular.
