The unagi here is really delicious!!! it doesn't taste fishy or smells of mud. cooked with special spices and cooked perfectly. smells really good!! combined with a truly complete lunch set.it tastes great! everything in this set is delicious. the menu served is also quite a lot but the star of this food is the unagi. although the price of this set is a little expensive but this is suitable for pampering our taste buds i really really like this. I really want to eat this every day. This set also includes cold ocha which can be refilled. The unagi meat is very soft even though the outside is grilled until crisp.

#shop on the way back from Monet's Pond 💐
How many times did you say "cute!" 🤯💕
If there is such a nice shop in the neighborhood, I wouldn't go there every day ~ 🍃
Also, above all, the interior is too typed, 💯
Everything about "I want to live in a house like this" is packed!
✔︎ High ceiling & atrium
✔︎ The natural light coming in through the window is the best
✔︎ Fashionable concrete, wood and walls
✔︎ Good balance of green flowers
✔︎ Long table with a single plate
If you want to build your own home in the Tokai region
I'd like to ask the construction shop here
Kiso Valley is located af south western Nagano, Japan, best known for Magome and Tsumago, beautifully preserved tradional villages. With one of the most famous hiking paths in all Japan, we set foot there on our quest for traditional Japan, away from temples and geisha sights.
We highly recommend visiting the Kiso Valley, but a little preparation goes a long way. It’s important to have some historical and cultural knowledge and it’s useful to do a little planning because the area is a a bit remote and not as convenient as the bigger cities. Stunning forests, beautiful villages and traditions, we loved every minute we spent there and would recommend it to everyone interested in nature and history.

The Journey by Train 2024
The central area of the castle town, which developed as a merchant town, is known as the old town of Kamimachi and Shimomachi in Takayama. Under the eaves of the lattice windows, water flows through the gutters, and at the sake breweries, you can see 'Sakabayashi,' balls made of cedar leaves, hanging down. The large doors of the townhouses and the traditional shop curtains line the streets.
In Kamimachi, you will find shops selling traditional crafts, candy stores, and the famous 'Mitarashi Dango' shops, attracting many tourists. Shimomachi retains stores related to the daily lives of citizens, making it a precious part of the townscape. With stores like confectioneries, rice cake shops, antique shops, agricultural equipment stores, tatami shops, stationery stores, post offices, and restaurants, it is a must-see spot for those who want to experience the authentic Takayama.

Wonderful Experience in Japan | Amazing😍🤩❤️

Anyone who thinks that Fuji Kamakura is beautiful enough, until I went to a big city to match small towns and villages, this is my favorite way of traveling across the sea to look at the mountains, ten seaside trains, ten snow mountains, sunny beaches after rain, 30 I personally have a great preference for natural and cultural landscapes, and have little interest in shopping in the city. When I first read this picture, I felt that it was too beautiful to go to clock in, and made a picture. I went to the "sunny coast after rain" to end the seven day journey of ancient houses in and out of the central part of China+Beilu. I met many amazing scenic spots, when such a surprise exceeded expectations. # Rainy and sunny coast The coast is located in Kishan County, Japan, with one face facing the sea and three sides surrounded by snow covered ginseng. It is not only rich in natural tourism resources, but also a must shoot spot for many photographers to come to Japan. After a week of attacks, I learned about a mysterious travel route [Shenglong Road], which is a favorite route of senior players. It is composed of nine counties in central and northern land areas of Japan. This line is almost the essence of Japan's charm. There are many names and stories, and scenic spots are beautiful. This is one of the most popular routes and frequent visits of many experienced tourists.
Great Location
Great value for the location. Nice city view.
Easy to get around just walking distance to Gifu city Center
Gifu Family Park
#thingstodo A mostly free great place to bring the kids. You have to pay to ride the go carts, boats, and bicycles on the rails, but there are plenty of free things to do like super long slides, grass slides, various monkey bars, trampolines, and carp feeding (¥100 for food). Keep your eyes open for praying mantis, grasshoppers, and butterflies. Bring a picnic sheet and rent and set up home base to rest between your activities. Plenty of public bathrooms.
Mizobata Park
#thingstodo
This is a large park located in the middle of the town that stretches north and south. It's a quiet park. There are also benches so you can relax.
There is also Mizohata Shrine to the north. There are also toilets nearby.
Complete set for recreation for adult and kids. You can come have fun here. Also, the place is nice and clean☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
Nagara Park
#thingstodo
This is a place that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as picnics, resting, walking, and going out with your children.
The grounds are very large, so you can play to your heart's content.
There are many people on holidays, so we recommend visiting on weekdays.
There are also many athletic activities, so your child can play to their heart's content.
There are drugstores and supermarkets nearby, so it's a good idea to buy food and snacks there before heading to Nagara Park.
There are benches in the shade of the trees, so you can read a book or take a break.
There is a wide lawn, so you can lay out a leisure sheet and relax.

Worth a visit. However, be mindful that they may have their museums and lift shut down on the day you visit. As there isn't much in this area otherwise, that can feel bad.
It's still very nice to walk around! However with the lift and museums shut down the whole of the park takes less than half an hour to walk through. If you're up for a mountain hike, then there is definitely more for you here.
Gifu Castle
#thingstodo One of the well-known castles in Japan! You need to climb a bit after getting off from the cable car. However, it is worth climbing the mountain for 10-15 minutes! Amazing view and nice cafe-restaurant. You will enjoy one of the greatest views for sure! Need to pay small money for entrance of the castle and the zoo!
I Highly Recommended to visit this place

GIFU CASTLE
Gifu-jo, originally called Inabayama-jo, is built atop the 338m Mt. Kinka in Gifu prefecture. It is famous for being where Oda Nobunaga took his first steps toward the unification of Japan towers above.
The peculiarity of this Japanese castle is that it’s located at the top of a rock. Plus, when you climb it and reach the pinnacle, you feel like a king because you can admire such a whirlwind landscape!
I wish to be back in Gifu this year!

Shirakawa Village, Gifu prefecture, Japan
Shirakawa-go (Shirakawa Village) is a Japanese mountain settlement in what was once considered a wild and unexplored region. Because of the area’s natural environment, with high mountains and heavy snowfall, it's very beautiful and tranquil. After visiting Shirakawa, you can go to Takayama's old town, which is just near by.

A well maintained park with different attractions for everyone! At the entrance do catch a glimpse of the mountains in central japan area. Then you can chose to take a train chartered service to tour the park or simply explore on foot.
There’s farm rearing llamas, sheep, rabbit, cow and horses. FEEDING IS OKAY! (You can ride those horses too!)
Take a stroll down their flower bed with different flowers planted for different season!
A great place for photos and enjoying the landscape of Gifu prefecture! #gifu #Nagoya #Japan

The temperament of slow travel is hidden in these libraries (3).
Qifu City Central Library
Address: 40-5 Sicho, Qifu City, Qifu County.
Transportation: 25 minutes walk from JR Gifu Station or Meitetsu Gifu Station.
The Qifu City Central Library is located in the "Everyone's Forest · Gifu Media Universe" in the center of Qifu City. It is a complex cultural facility designed by the master architect Tadao Ando, integrating a library and exhibition hall. The entire building has a beautiful wave-shaped roof, and on the dark-colored exterior walls, large areas of glass and metal frames intersect vertically, creating a unique and stylish atmosphere.
The decoration style inside the museum is particularly eye-catching. The Japanese cypress wood on the ceiling is arranged in a criss-cross pattern like waves, full of dynamic energy and interpreting the concept of "forest". Eleven huge, semi-transparent "domes" with beautiful textures hang from the ceiling, varying in size and pattern, designed with great imagination and stunning form.
These hemispherical objects are called "globes", serving as both lampshades and cleverly dividing reading and functional areas, making the entire indoor space open and orderly, relaxed and lively, and also promoting air circulation and insulation, reducing energy consumption.
The library houses over 530,000 volumes and has up to 900 seats. Soft lighting and an open reading space create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where you can read, study, quietly converse, or take a nap. If you feel tired, you can also step out onto the corridor or terrace to enjoy the breeze and scenery, refreshing your mind and spirit. It is worth mentioning that the library's visual guidance system was designed by the famous designer Kenya Hara, showing the attention to detail.
Toyama City Public Library
Address: 5-1 Nishimachi, Toyama-shi, Toyama-ken
Transportation: 20-minute walk from JR Toyama Station, 1-minute walk from Nishimachi Electric Bus Stop.
Located in the center of Toyama City, TOYAMA KIRARI is a complex building designed by the architectural master Kengo Kuma and completed in 2015. The Toyama City Library and Glass Art Museum are both located in this building, which has now become one of the popular tourist attractions in Toyama City.
The appearance of the entire building has a strong modernist style, using a combination of different materials such as granite and glass, arranged like piano keys, with a simple and avant-garde style that leaves a deep impression. Toyama City has a long history of glass manufacturing, which Kengo Kuma cleverly incorporated into the design.
Walking into the building, I was amazed by the familiar "Kuma-style technique" - large parallel panels of locally produced cedar boards decorated on the ceiling, giving a feeling of walking in a towering forest. There is a large glass skylight on the roof, and natural light is projected from here, refracted onto the cedar boards and decorative glass, creating a soft lighting atmosphere and a comfortable visual experience.
The library uses wooden bookshelves, floors, and tables and chairs, creating a fresh and soft atmosphere. The large slanting cedar boards hanging from the ceiling not only serve as interval dividers, but also make the entire space transparent and smooth, with excellent visual effects. The library houses 450,000 books, including general books, children's books, and professional books on business or art. There is also a café and a shop, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax while reading.

Gifu City Tower 43
The view from the observation deck on the 43rd floor is wonderful.
Since it is located at the northern end of the Nobi Plain, if you look south, you can see the city area toward Nagoya, and if you look in the other direction, you can enjoy mountains of various sizes, and when you visit in winter, you can enjoy snow-covered mountains such as Mt. Ibuki and Mt. Hakusan.
Free is amazing with this view!
It is close to the station, so it is recommended to stop by when traveling to Gifu.
You can visit the observatory on the 43rd floor for free.
It's nice to see the view of Gifu and the night view. However, there is nothing in particular other than the restaurant, so there is no atmosphere where you can relax.
Is it worth going up if you get closer?

Gifu Castle
Gifu Castle (岐阜城, Gifu-jō) is a castle located in the city of Gifu, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Along with Mount Kinka and the Nagara River, it is one of the main symbols of the city. Gifu Castle was first built by the Nikaidō clan between 1201 and 1204 during the Kamakura Period. Originally called Inabayama Castle (稲葉山城 Inabayama-jō), Gifu Castle has gone through a great number of repairs over the course of several generations. Even though it was famous as a physically powerful castle, it was once taken over by a mere sixteen men.
During the Sengoku period a samurai by the name of Takenaka Hanbei went to the castle, ostensibly to visit his sick brother. In reality, he went to the castle not to visit his brother but to kill Saitō Tatsuoki, the lord of castle. When Hanbei struck at him, Tatsuoki was very confused—believing an enemy army had come to attack him—and fled. Thus, Hanbei obtained Inabayama Castle with relative ease. Later, Hanbei returned the castle to his lord, but Tatsuoki had lost an immeasurable amount of reputation and honor due to his perceived cowardly flight from the castle.
In 1567, Oda Nobunaga launched an attack on Mino Province from Sunomata Castle, led his forces across the Kiso River, and marched straight to the castle town of Inoguchi (now Gifu city) attracting the support of many Saito retainers along the way. Nobunaga laid siege to Inabayama Castle on 13 September. Even though the defenders were demoralized to see the banners of Saito retainers among the attacking army, the mountaintop castle was still in a nearly impregnable position. The siege took about two weeks. Near the end of the siege, Nobunaga's retainer Kinoshita Tōkichirō led a small party up the steep cliffs of Mount Kinka, entered the castle from the unguarded rear, and opened the front gates, allowing the attacking forces to enter. After Tatsuoki was defeated, Nobunaga claimed the castle and made it his primary base-of-operations.
Nobunaga renamed the stronghold "Gifu Castle," following an example set by an ancient Chinese practice. Nobunaga then proceeded to renovate the castle into a far more impressive and grandiose structure than its previous incarnation. Luis Frois, a renowned Jesuit Missionary from Portugal, was personally invited by Nobunaga to visit the castle. After a short stay in Gifu, Frois praised the castle's extraordinary beauty.
The Battle of Gifu Castle in 1600 served as a prelude to both the Battle of Sekigahara and the destruction of Gifu Castle in the same year. After the demolition of the castle, part of the structure was brought to Kanō Castle to the south to fortify its position.
