It is a beautiful, charming village in the South of France. Nestled on the top of a hill, it has breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, charming local restaurants, and a beautiful garden to top off its many attractions. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed! My rating of this attraction: 4 ⭐️ out of 5!

Eze Village - France: This is a lovely village that I like most compated to other cities around there. We have to pay for an entrace fee to the top in order to see the beautiful view. This is very worth paying which highly recommended.

Every corner of this village is filled with charm, from the stone houses covered in blooming flowers to the artisan shops selling handmade crafts and perfumes. 🏡💐 One of the best parts? The views of the Mediterranean Sea from up there are simply breathtaking. I visited the Jardin Exotique d’Èze, which has an entrance fee of €6. This exotic garden is a must-see, not just for its amazing collection of cacti and succulents but for the panoramic views over the sea and surrounding countryside. 🌵🌊 From the garden, you can see all the way to Saint-Tropez on a clear day! Another highlight was exploring the old church, Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, with its charming ochre façade, which adds to the village's historic vibe. Magnificent Èze Village

The village Èze is a must-go destination when you are traveling on the French Riviera. It is easily reachable by train from Nice. You can also opt for more convenient way - Uber, which will cost you around 60 Euros. The village itself is incredibly beautiful. There is also an Exotic Plants Garden on the top of the hill, which opens up a breathtaking view on the village and the seaside. I would recommend to go in the morning when the heat is still not that striking. If you are ready to splurge, I would recommend to make a reservation for brunch in the Michelin restaurant located in the hotel called Chateau Eza. Take bus 82 from bavastro station in Nice, France 🇫🇷, it is recommended to take the bus at 8:11, which can reach Èze in half an hour. It is suggested to sit on the right side of the bus to enjoy the sea view along the way. Then walk for 15 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain, and you will arrive at the Botanical Garden right when it opens at 9 am! The town is really too beautiful! It's like walking into Alice's Wonderland. There is also the Fragonard Perfume Factory in Èze, if you have time, you can go for a visit~

The famous philosopher Nietzsche once lived in the Blue Coast area, and the third part of his work 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra' was completed on the mountain paths of Èze. #thingstodo You MUST add this stunning garden to your bucket list when visiting. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The floral scents were unique and relaxing. It’s a bit of a walk up and around but I also travelled with some who have a bit of trouble on extensive walks and were able to enjoy this experience. Drink lots of water, carry with you. There’s some great dining areas along the way as well When you get to the city, probably by bus, and you start walking up the heavily inclined road, on the right there is a virtual kiosk that you can use to buy the tickets early if you don’t want to wait in line when you get to the entrance of the park after walking for probably 30 or more minutes. It was gorgeous! The trek up there was definitely worth it. Not only is the view beautiful, but it has many flora, sculptures, mini waterfalls, and historical info to look at. There is drinkable water on the other side of the castle when you follow the path down if you are low on water. The shops are very cute to look at, but are quite over priced, so beware of the trinkets that you see there.

It's about a 40-minute drive from Nice, the transportation is not very convenient, you can only take a taxi. I have to say that the scenery is worth it!! There are many cacti and other flowers and plants in the botanical garden on the castle, but the most beautiful check-in point is still the sea view~

You will have to either uber, hike or bus from the eze train station. The bus stop is always crowded and the bus does not run very frequently. For ubers, we called one but the driver tried to rip us off and said he has to charge more when he arrived. As for hiking, I would not recommend hiking up since the French sun is a killer ☀️… If you are coming from Nice, I would hands down recommend taking the buses 82 or 112 and the journey would take you approx 30 minutes. Although èze is more difficult to get to as compared with the other cities on the french riveria, you should not miss out on visiting it!!!
