Beautiful 🇭🇷 Dubrovnik three-day tour
#CroatiaTravel #Dubrovnik #CroatiaTravel #RegistrationHotelTestSleeper #RegisterOctoberHotelTestSleeper
The three-day trip to Dubu brought me unexpected surprises: stunning scenery, high English penetration rate, abundant sunshine, low consumption, convenient transportation, outrageously fresh seafood, and good public security.
Although I am not a big fan of Game of Thrones, all the locations for Game of Thrones in Ducheng are beautiful. The red roofs and the emerald blue Adriatic Sea are very suitable for taking photos and enjoying yourself. The following is my short but very chill three-day and two-night trip to Ducheng.
DAY1⃣London✈️Dubrovnik
📍Dub Old Town, including tourist attractions
🏨Hotel Excelsior (it’s really worth recommending! It’s right next to the old city and has an all-around excellent view of the old city). During the day 🏊🏻 you can soak up the sun. Although it’s early summer, the sun is already dazzling enough. Go for a stroll in the old city in the afternoon. , experience the charm of King's Landing for yourself.
DAY2⃣A day of continuous rain could not stop us from our determination to climb the city wall with umbrellas. Fortunately, the rain gradually subsided in the afternoon, so many beautiful photos were left. In the evening, we took an Uber up the mountain to overlook the entire old city of Dubu. It was really beautiful.
📍Ancient city wall
🍱Restaurant Panorama restaurant, close to the port.
🏨Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel
DAY3⃣
It was another sunny day. I spent half a day chilling at the Sheraton Hotel and walking along the seaside. I had to sigh that this place really looks like Lake Brienz in Switzerland, where Hyun Bin, the hero of "Crash Landing on You" played the piano (which exposed my love for the lake). The Cp continues to pay attention to it💑), so I took advantage of the free time in the afternoon before returning to the airport to continue strolling around the old city, eating gelato under the hot southern European sun and returning happily🇬🇧.

Dubrovnik ✈️ London
Itinerary preparation: Do a search on Buddhism before traveling to get a basic idea of the scenic spots and route planning that are worth visiting and taking photos.
Tips before traveling: Check-in online 24 hours in advance. You can save the code to your phone or print it to save time. When you enter the airport, go directly through the security check and board the gate. It is recommended to pack lightly and bring 8 carry-on bags, and no more than one bottle of makeup and skin care products. 100ml, put in the transparent plastic bag provided by the airport in advance.
Expenses: The overall consumption is relatively low, on par with domestic first-tier cities. Croatia uses Kuna currency (it is said that the euro will be launched soon), which is basically 1:1 with RMB. Credit cards are highly accepted in these two places, but it is recommended to prepare in advance. A certain amount of banknotes facilitates cash payments.
Transportation: The two girls from Hong Kong and Singapore have long been accustomed to the well-developed local public transportation system. In addition, they have not obtained international driving licenses, so they can only rule out self-driving options. Fortunately, the scenic spots in Ducheng are basically concentrated in the old city area, and Uber is the main option. The bus fare is very cost-effective. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the old city and costs 215 kuna. Overall it is very convenient. #100WAYS TO TRAVEL #Europe Travel
Kayaking on the Adriatic Sea: Enjoy Movie-like Scenery
Dubrovnik, located on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, is renowned for its magnificent ancient city walls and crystal-clear waters. Kayaking is an excellent way to explore this city and its surrounding natural beauty. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced paddler, you will find activities suitable for you here.
While kayaking in Dubrovnik, you will have the opportunity to admire the spectacular coastline, ancient city walls, and hidden bays and caves. Especially when paddling to Lokrum Island and Betina Cave, the natural scenery is breathtaking. The view on the sea at sunset is particularly stunning, making it hard to leave.
Kayaking activities in Dubrovnik are suitable for participants of all skill levels. Most guided tours provide basic safety and paddling technique instruction, so even beginners can easily get started. For experienced paddlers, there are more challenging routes to explore more hidden bays and caves.
The best season for kayaking is from spring to autumn, especially between May and October. During this time, the weather is warm, and the sea is clear, making it perfect for outdoor activities. Sunset paddling tours in the summer are particularly popular, as you can enjoy the beautiful sea views in the cool evening.
The price of kayaking varies depending on the length and content of the tour. Generally, a 2 to 3-hour guided tour costs around 40 to 50 euros, including paddling equipment, guide services, and some snacks. If you choose a longer tour or one that includes more activities, the price will increase accordingly.
Step Back in Time in Dubrovnik’s Ancient Walled City
#ancienttown
Dubrovnik, Croatia, is famous for its remarkably preserved medieval walls and ancient streets. This coastal town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and centuries-old architecture. Stroll along the Stradun, the main thoroughfare, or walk the city walls for breathtaking panoramic views. The town’s medieval and Renaissance buildings, such as the Rector’s Palace and Dubrovnik Cathedral, make it a living museum. The best time to visit is during the shoulder seasons of spring and autumn, when the weather is warm but the crowds are smaller.

Dubrovnik, Croatia - Picturesque Sea Views
Dubrovnik is a coastal city in Croatia, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant sea views. As one of the oldest cities in Croatia, Dubrovnik boasts unique traditional cuisine. The traditional Slavic culture in the area is influenced by Italian, Greek, and other coastal cultures, making this seaside city culturally unique.
To enjoy the city's scenery and the beautiful sea, the best way is to walk along the ancient city walls. This 2-kilometer-long wall offers breathtaking views. If you wish to venture out to sea, I highly recommend Lokrum Island, a nearby island with lush greenery, botanical gardens, and peacocks. From there, you can also look back at the old town area and admire its magnificent views from a distance.
Dubrovnik in just Mind-blowing🤩 Vining♥️

Dubrovnik Seascape: Stunning Azure Sky and Sea, Feel the Serenity and Freedom
Dubrovnik, this dazzling gem embedded in the azure coastline, captivates with its unparalleled seascape. Walking along the ancient city walls, each brick seems to tell a thousand-year-old story, while before your eyes unfolds an endless expanse of blue sky and sea. Sunlight dances on the shimmering waves, weaving a mesmerizing tapestry of golden and deep blue hues. The sea breeze gently caresses, carrying a hint of saltiness that refreshes the soul. Walk around the Walls of Dubrovnik
#familytrips2024
The Old Town in Dubrovnik is surrounded by the city walls and a walk around the Dubrovnik City Walls will provide you with great magnificent views of the old town, Fort Lovrjenac, the beautiful Adriatic Sea, surrounding Lokrum island & more. The city walls are also a major attraction, thus do go early to avoid the crowd and sunny weather.
There are a total of 3 entry points along the gate, and you can choose to enter from any of the gates and walk around the impressive well-preserved walls. You can also choose to go with a guided tour to know more about the history of the walls.

Croatia is a country located at the intersection of Central Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Balkans. It looks like a crescent moon on the map. Croatia has a long coastline, the longest among the Balkan countries, with beautiful scenery along the way; it has over 1185 islands, earning it the nickname 'Country of a Thousand Islands'. The most famous is Plitvice Lakes, where 16 natural lakes are connected, with a large amount of calcium carbonate limestone deposits in the lakes, presenting green, gray, blue, etc., forming an ultimate natural landscape.
☘️
Speaking of Croatia, one must first mention Dubrovnik, also known as 'King's Landing' in the famous 'Game of Thrones'. Even if you're not a fan of the show, it's more customary to call it King's Landing, as it seems to show the grandeur of this ancient city.
【Dubrovnik, Croatia Travel Guide】
Are you attracted by the ancient city with red roofs, the blue sea and the beauty of the islands? Then, Dubrovnik in Croatia is definitely one of the travel destinations you can't miss in your life!
✨Walk on the city wall: Climb the ancient city wall, go around the old city, feel the magnificent scenery, you will be shocked! At sunset, the scenery is even more incomparable.
✨Take a cable car to the top of Srd Mountain to watch the sunset: You can go to the top of the mountain from the cable car station outside the north gate of the ancient city, you will see a 360° panoramic view of Dubrovnik, with beautiful scenery in your eyes. Then have a sunset dinner at the highest restaurant in Dubrovnik, it's so romantic!
✨Wandering in the ancient city: Truly feel the history and culture of Dubrovnik, walk into those narrow alleys, climb those steps with a sense of history, visit various relics, it will definitely leave a deep impression on you.
✨Sea activities: Experience water activities such as kayaking, enjoy the fun and challenge of the sea.
✨Special experience: Find the shooting spots of Game of Thrones, explore the scenes in the drama, it's also a lot of fun!
✨Accommodation suggestions: Because the roads in the old city are mostly bluestone roads, they are not accessible by car, and there are hundreds of steps to enter and exit the city, so it is not recommended to live in the old city. It is recommended to stay in a hillside homestay facing the sea outside the old city, with direct access to the highway, and overlooking Dubrovnik.
✨Itinerary planning: It is recommended to plan a 3-day itinerary, D1 visit Banje Beach and the fortress, then take a cable car to the mountain for a sunset dinner; D2 visit the old city and the city wall; D3 experience sea activities such as kayaking.
✨Best season: The climate is pleasant in May-June and September-October, and there are relatively few people. July-August is hot and crowded with high prices, but the sea water temperature is good. It's cold and rainy from November to April.
I hope this guide can help you! Get ready to start your dream trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia!💖✈️🌊
Detailed Guide to Croatia (Part 1), Play it this way to save money
✈ Self-driving tour around Croatia during the National Day, 11 days of itinerary, basically covered all the classic scenes. Sharing some dry goods (detailed content, divided into several issues).
👑Zagreb (Pictures 5-7)
This time we took a circular route, landed in Zagreb by LOT Polish Airlines, and spent half a day visiting Stone Gate, market, two churches (not open for renovation) the next day.
🔺The most recommended attraction is Lotrščak Tower, where you can overlook the whole Zagreb. On one side of the tower is the shortest cable car in the world.
🔺Go to St. Mark's Church early in the morning, it's hard to take pictures when there are too many people later. It is recommended to book accommodation near Jelačić Square, where you can walk to all attractions. I booked Apartman Rudi, over 400 per night.
🔺It's cheap to take Uber in Zagreb.
👑Dubrovnik (Pictures 1-4, 12-14)
Flew to Dubrovnik in the afternoon of the second day, also considered self-driving, not to mention tired, because we planned to stay in Dubrovnik for 3 nights, and the attractions in the city can be reached on foot. Save 3 days of car rental fee, the domestic ticket is only over 300.
🔺The most photogenic place here is the old town. If you love photography, it is recommended to book a hotel on the hill opposite the old town. I booked Apartments Villa Kosovic - ground floor, the view is excellent, you can overlook the sunrise and sunset of the old town from the balcony. The price is 400 per night, which is very cheap.
🔺As for taking pictures, the main street of the old town is crowded with tourists, but the small alleys on both sides are less crowded and good for shooting. In addition, it is necessary to go up the city wall at sunset, at least reserve 3 hours, otherwise they will rush people when they close.
🔺Another sunset viewing spot in Dubrovnik is on the mountain. Many people will take the cable car to the top of the mountain. But if you want to frame the old town and the sunset, you need a more southern perspective. I found a "wild view" (location in picture 13) through Google Maps, the view is better, and it only costs 15 euros to take a taxi up.
👑Korčula (Pictures 8-11)
Three days in Dubrovnik, rent a car on the fourth day to Korčula.
🔺The car rental company chose SIXT, the pick-up and return process was very smooth. Please note that if you are going to several Balkan countries (such as Mostar), you need to pay a 50 euro exit fee.
🔺Drive to Orebi on Korčula Island, take a 15-minute ferry, 15 euros for both people and cars is very cheap.
🔺This small island is like a shield, beautiful when viewed from the air. It used to belong to Venice, so the architectural style also fully reflects the Italian style. There are day-trip tourists on the island, and it is comfortable to stroll in the morning and evening.
🔺Korčula has a real jelly sea, just under the city wall of the old town, where you can swim. The hotels on the island are also very cheap. I booked a four-star hotel (Marko Polo Hotel by Aminess) with a buffet dinner, over 700.
👑Split (Pictures 15-16)
🔺Drive from Korčula to Split in 2 hours, where there is the World Heritage Site Diocletian's Palace. It is recommended to play early in the morning and late at night. When the lights are on at night, the ruins are like the Palatine in Rome. The second day, climb the bell tower, visit the cathedral, feel mediocre, not cheap, not very worthwhile.
🔺Overall, there are many tourists in Split, the whole city is relatively noisy, if it is not for island hopping, one night is enough.

In addition, Croatian potato stewed beef is also very famous. It is made by slow stewing potatoes, beef, spices and red wine. The taste is rich and it is very suitable to be eaten with rice. If you like desserts, you can try Croatian chocolate cake. It is made of rich chocolate, vanilla and cream. The taste is silky and delicate, very delicious.
City wall and the Adriatic Sea in Dubrovnik 🇭🇷
#fallingseason
There’s two things in Dubrovnik you have to experience! One attractions in there is the city wall, which is a well preserved castle that surrounds the historic old town of Dubrovnik. The earliest stone walls were built in the 8th century and now become the most iconic features of the city !
When I first come to visit Dubrovnik, it made me feel impressive how the architectures be like that and it is also unique that there’s a wall surrounding the city. It’s just like protecting ! So if you are a history lover, come and I am sure it won’t let you feel disappointed.
Moreover, the Adriatic Sea in Croatia is absolutely pretty as the colour is pure blue and that make you easily jump into the water and get chill!

Dubrovnik : a beautiful medieval town
Dubrovnik is, one of the most beautiful medieval towns on Earth. At least among those that I've visited. The location along the breathtaking Adriatic coast, in southern Croatia, the red roof tiles, the fortress and defensive walls, the limestone streets - they all create a perfect combination for a fairy tale-like, exceptionally beautiful tourist destination.
#mytripvlog#tripblazers
Dubrovnik a three day trip
Getting There - The transport is harder to get a hang of if relying on phone however we found that split between two, Ubers we’re quick, reliable and cheap.
Attractions - the walls and main fort were gorgeous however you have to pay for both so be aware! If you’ve paid for one the next is discounted though.
Hotels - we stayed outside of old town Dubrovnik in Plat at Villa Dubravka and loved every second. It was clean, a massive apartment and had incredible views.
Food & Restaurants - the food was moderately priced, similar to most high tourist cities. Food is phenomenal though! Amazing pizza and the pastry’s were divine.
Shopping - tourist shops are everywhere, they have a good array however finding shops for grocery food is not so easy. #familytravel #couplestrip #deliciousfood #mytripvlog #tripblazers #summervacation #beachlife #dubrovnik #croatia
Dubrovnik - a Balkan Paradise
Dubrovnik is famous for being the location of Games of Thrones, but it's so much more than that. Dubrovnik Old Town is staggeringly beautiful with imposing towers, picturesque streets and a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea.
The tourist traffic can be overwhelming during the summertime. I went there last April and the crowds were manageable.
Food is expensive inside the Old Town (about 20euro per meal, ugh) but there are cheap eats when you venture out of the tourist hotspots.
Go visit!#dubrovnik
Getting There - you can join a cruise or fly into Dubrovnik. You can also travel overland from nearby countries (Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro)
Attractions - The lovely Stradun, Old City Walls and the resorts in Lapad
Hotels - accommodations are kinda pricey
Food & Restaurants - food is also expensive, but there are plenty of options. Have a gelato and pizza
Shopping - The souvenirs inside Okd Town are frightfully expensive
Goodbye Croatia 🇭🇷 | Unforgettable deep blue sea and wind
(empty)
📍Croatia is located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, with a long history and cultural heritage, unique architectural heritage, which is fascinating. ➕In addition, Croatia's football industry has also contributed to its tourism. But what really leaves a lasting memory is its charming natural scenery.
🎐The Eye of the Earth is located outside the town of Svetina, Croatia🏘, at the foot of the Dinara Mountains.
📷From the perspective of the photographer, the blue-green water waves 🌊 ripple from top to bottom, but they are clear and transparent, and the depth of several hundred meters below can be seen. It's like an eye embedded in the ground.
🧊The beautiful blue-green source of the Setina River is a karst spring, adding a touch of mystery to the atmosphere while also being icy cold.
🎐Zadar, Croatia's geographical location is along the Adriatic Sea🚤, so there are countless small port cities. Zadar has a beautiful environment, but it is little known. Its history is difficult to summarize simply, and it has survived vibrantly through negotiations of war and peace🌅 Due to its long history, the entire old city area is a very complete monument, but the traces of history have not made it too heavy. The beating of the waves, the lively conversations of residents and travelers, make it full of vitality here✨
🎐Dubrovnik is located on the pleasant climate Dalmatian coast and is a medieval city with a long history. Because of its long history,
🕍The buildings inside the city are well-preserved, and some streets in the old town have even been included in the "World Heritage List".
The best viewing spot is at the top of Srd Mountain, where you can almost see the entire "King's Landing" 🌇.
When the sunset glow falls on this mountaintop, looking down is the historical style of Dubrovnik's urban area, looking far away is the blue sea of the Adriatic Sea 🌊, as if the sea breeze here also has form and color.
DUBROVNIK FROM THE TOP 👀
Mount Srd soars above the terracotta rooftops of the Old Town, a dry scrubland speckled with twisting masquis trees. Probably the best place to observe the vastness of Dubrovnik's architectural treasures, it's a relaxed hike to the peak of its summit, or a short glide on the cable car, where the shifting landscape becomes more spectacular as you ascend, with abundant views of the Old Town, Lokrum and the Elafiti islands.
Hidden corners in Old Dubrovnik 🇭🇷
Dubrovnik is a pearl of the Adriatic Coastline and you will understand this term as soon as you visit it. The old town is surrounded by massive walls and the panoramic views are filled with typical orange rooftops. This city will have you walk endless stairs, but you will certainly come back for more – that’s how beautiful it is. During summer, the sunset created amazing golden light for your photo and you will be able to capture the beauty of Dubrovnik. #tripblazers #mytripvlog #beachlife #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #summervacation
Uvala Lapad Beach 🏖️🇭🇷
Such a lovely beach with the most amazing view. Great for a swim or just for paddling. There's a lovely coastal walk you can pick up just past the beach. There is paid parking close by and a bakery at the cross roads if you want a cheap lunch. On the beach itself, there is a restaurant, a couple of café bars and lovely lounge bar. The beach is equipped with showers and changing cabins, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Due to its pinewood surroundings, this pebble / sandy beach can be enjoyed during hot summer days too.
🏝️ Bellevue Beach, Dubrovnik 🇭🇷
Bellevue Beach, also known as Miramare is located in Miramare Bay (uvala Miramare) is just on 20 minutes walk from the Old Town on the very beginning of Lapad peninsula.
It is a secluded pebble beach that one can get to via steps that lead along the side of Hotel Rixos Libertas.
The beach is nestled in a deep, picturesque bay surrounded by steep cliffs and large cave (see above photo). There is a cafe bar/restaurant in the near vicinity handy for drinks and snacks.
Bellevue is popular with locals as swimming and cliff jumping beach spot while the whole area serves as local water polo enthusiasts paradise.

Old Town of Dubrovnik 🇭🇷
A city of red-tiled rooftops, pine- and cypress-shaded hills, and sparkling turquoise waters, the Old Town of Dubrovnik stuns with both its architecture and scenery. Its surrounding stone walls, built between the 11th and 13th centuries to protect the city from war and epidemics, stretch for a full 1.3 miles, comprising an immense system of forts, bastions, and walkways that offer breathtaking views. It’s especially nice in the late afternoon, when the sun shines off the historic buildings and swallows soar in the blue sky above.

Old city of Dubrovnik
#celebratewithtrip
The city of Dubrovnik is one of the favorite destinations among those traveling to Croatia. The medieval city is so well preserved, with intact walls and is surrounded by the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
The city walls are the symbol of Dubrovnik and are considered one of the most beautiful fortification systems in the world.
By entering the Pile Gate you will find yourself at the beginning of the main city street – Stradun. Stradun is the widest and longest street inside the city walls it is also the most popular street of the Old Town. All the palaces and buildings on the street house business on the ground floor. You can find everything from souvenir and jewelry shops to cafes and pastry shops. Restaurants are mostly situated in the two streets parallel to Stradun.
This place is just so beautiful that you have to see it on your own.
Game Of Thrones City!
#celebratewithtrip
Me and my girlfriend flew to Dubrovnik, the city of game of thrones using Trip.com.
Dubrovnik is a famous city in the southeastern semi-exclave of Croatia 🇭🇷.
While visiting Dubrovnik you must go to ‘Old Town’, this historical part of Dubrovnik is famous for its medieval appearance. The original city walls, which where built for the protection of the city still stand and can be walked on (which I definitely recommend).
For the game of thrones fans this is the place to be, have lunch on the stairs of shame, visit the red keep or do a full GOT tour!
I cannot recommend Dubrovnik enough, it’s a beautiful city filled with beautiful people. #dubrovnik #tripblazers #summervacation
In the heart of the Dubrovnik Old Town! 💜💜
The old town in Dubrovnik is where Game of Thrones was shot and now I understand why. It has medieval architecture which is so enchanting and I could walk around Old Town all day. Even the pictures don't quite do it justice. Then you are surrounded by the Adriatic Sea with endless boats, ships, and yachts all around you.
I wasn't expecting Dubrovnik to be as expensive as it is but it's still incredible to be here. Yesterday, we took a day boat trip around three islands and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had.❤️

Game of Thrones’ Island - LOKRUM
Located 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik, the island of Lokrum is a must! According to the legend, it was at this small but beautiful island that Richard I, the Lionheart, found salvation from a shipwreck, when returning in 1192 from a crusade. Besides this historical mark and the beautiful monastery built after this salvation, Lokrum is an incredible and gifted island: Dead Sea, where you can feel the properties of the salt, great landscapes, a lot of natures and its animals, like peacocks, a monastery and much much more. No wonder that Game of Thrones decided to film here!!! #summervacation #gameofthrones #deadsea #croatia #lokrum #dubrovnik #naturalwonders
